I went there to get new glasses a couple months ago, I did not get an eye exam because I had a current prescription already. I had great service. A woman named Beth helped me pick out my frame. She first asked me for my prescription which I was glad about because I have a very high prescription. She helped me pick out a size frame that would fit my prescription. She was very kind and gave me various options to choose from. I was notified by email when my glasses were ready. When I went to pick them up there was a different lady there who was also very kind and adjusted my glasses.
