I have a hard time finding my medication at pharmacies. I have been fighting testicular cancer for the last two years. I just finished high dose chemotherapy and stem cell transplant in July 2015, ever since then I’ve had severe neuropathy. I called CVS Pharmacy in Calumet City and spoke with Kasia to see if they had my pain medication because I only had one night dose left and no morning dose. When I spoke with Kasia she let me know that they did have my medication in stock, I was excited because I didn’t think I would find it on a Saturday since I have a hard time locating a pharmacy that has it in stock. Kasia notified me that she WOULDNOT give me both of my medications even though I had the prescriptions for both. That was going to be my first time having a prescription filled at a CVS Pharmacy luckily I called Walgreens and spoke to a nice young lady name Destiny, in the pharmacy department that told me she did have both of my medications in stock and that it wouldn’t be any problem to fill my prescriptions. Thanks Walgreens and Destiny.

The pharmacy is HORRIBLE they have you wait forever sometimes they can’t find the medicine they tell you it will be ready at a certain time … Yeah right I’ve waited an extra 45 minutes for persiptions that I was told would be ready hours before there is one lady that is really nice shardi I’ve never had any problems with her

This Walgreens is a hot mess. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I go there because it’s the pharmacy in my area. The wait time is always longer than usual and nobody knows where your prescription is. The pharmacist is never available. They need to close it…
