Food was okay. Looked like it was sitting for awhile and our waitress said she’d come back and check on us but never did.

Poor service. Waited for nearly 45 minutes for cold food and incomplete orders while the waitress was nowhere to be found.

We were driving through the wasteland that is my old home area when my daughter expressed a fierce need for biscuits, eggs and apple butter. Cracker Barrel is always there. Like really. Always there. This particular outlet is just like all the others with service similar to the others. It was attentive without being pushy, kind without being saccharine. The coffee has gotten better. I wonder if the chain has changed or if this particular location has upped the ante. The biscuits were well baked. It seems as though some CBs under cook. So, that’s why this one is slightly above other CBs that I’ve tried. Overall Cracker Barrel comments: Still, it’s chain food attempting to be non chain food. They experience some success with some dishes, fail on others. For consistent food with a predictable bent, this is your best bet.

Cookie-cutter Cracker Barrel that is, as usual, just off the Interstate. Convenient parking for RV’s and cars. It’s exactly the same as any of the dozens of CB’s that I’ve patronized across the USA. Therefore, A-OK. Food was served quickly and plenty hot, no complaints there at all. I think the mac and cheese is excellent.

Mediocre food and service. Store had some good lotions and Burts Bees. Hamburger was subpar — couldn’t order meat medium rare and bun was meh. Coffee though was worse, tasted like watered-down dishwater really. I’d give it a 1 star but the 3 star evens out the score. Bought some Burts Bees lip balm — if you like out-of-date clothes and dust-collecting knickknacks you’ll be in heaven.
