I put down over $ 500 dollars only to have her store disappear after trying to get a hold of her for months! What a thief!

I would not recommend this shop to anyone!!! I was the moh for my bff last weekend and the owner messed up everything about our order. I had ordered a size 6 extra length (which i paid extra for) and ended up getting a size 12 with no length added! In additon all the other bm dresses were at least 4 sizes too big. We called her repeatedly and got no call back other than one week before the wedding telling us our dresses were finally in. We had ordered them july 5^th were told they would be here in 6 wks aka aug 15. Well, we got them oct 3^rd!!! In the end i had to go to davids bridal and buy a dress off the rack 2 days beforethe wedding!!! Good thing i was the moh and could get away with wearing a different color and style of dress because the dress i paid over $ 200 for was unwearable!!! In the end the wedding was beautiful but Do NOT ever ever use this bridal shop!!! I dont know how they are even in business still!!! Im giving it one star bc Unilocal required some sort of rating but really they deserve no stars!

I walked into this store with my mom and sister after trying on bridal gowns at Camarillo Bridal. The only person that was in the store was a woman behind the register/​counter. I asked her if I could look at the bridal gowns as they were towards the back of the store. She said I would have to make an appointment. Ok so just to make this clear… not a single customer was in the store, the lady was just sitting behind the counter doing nothing, and she would not let me even LOOK at the gowns. She may have just flat out said «I do not want your business.» Oh and I sure as hell won’t be making that appointment!

I would not have done business with this shop based on the reviews but my friend is the bride and ordered the bridesmaid dresses from them. I gave them my measurements and received my dress. It’s a size 12 long. Now mind you I’m 5.2 and normally wearable size 6. Have called and left 3 messages with still no return call. I’ve since brought my dress to be altered which is going to cost me at least $ 100.00! The wedding is in 10 days and I can’t wait any longer for this shop to get back to me which based on the reviews I shouldn’t hold my breath. Would not recommend this shop. I gave them 1 star only because it wouldn’t let me post with no stars.

This shop is never open. No one answers the phone. I called to make an appointment and emailed them and they never responded. By reading the rest of these reviews, I’m glad I didn’t go.

My MOH was in town for the day and we had a 3:00 appt at Camarillo Bridal (SUCH A GREAT BRIDAL STORE, it’s where I bought my wedding dress!!), we were in the area early and decided to stop by Alayna’s to see there selection of bridesmaid dresses. We walked into the store and were not greeted by anyone! We started looking at there selection of dresses and were not impressed with the selection of dresses for our style of the wedding, but maybe others would like the selections. I did notice that they had a lot of sale gowns so girls on budgets would probably really like this. We did not get any sort of customer service at Alayna’s, even if we would have liked a gown I had already decided I would not purchase anything from this store. I can’t believe that we walked out the door and still had not been talked to at all. I would recommend that Alayna’s staff start interacting with customers more (at least say HELLO) because they are going to lose a lot of business if they don’t!
P.s — if you’re looking for bridesmaid dresses just go down the street to Camarillo Bridal they are so sweet, helpful, have a great selection and most importantly they have a great staff that says HI with a smile when you walk through the front doors!

Horrible experience! Unprofessional! Don’t do it!

I am actually very shocked that the other reviews on this site have commented on the poor customer service. I scheduled an appointment to try on dresses with the owner, Teresa, and she was extremely helpful! I had a basic idea going in there of the dress I wanted and she helped me try on those styles first but then also recommended some other styles that I never would have thought of for myself and absolutely fell in love with one of those! She knows what works for different body types and helped me find the dress of my dreams! It wasn’t out of my price range at all either. Overall it was a great one-​on-​one experience and she is very very sweet, I would definitely recommend Alayna’s Bridal to all my girlfriends when they get married!

Customer no-​service. Not very interested in interacting with customers and much more interested in making money. We weren’t greeted at the door or helped promptly and once we said a budget, she was no longer interested in showing us anything.
They should probably consider getting a better staff if they want to sell dresses.

My daughter ordered her dress in February for a September wedding. We were told that the dress would arrive in 12 – 14 weeks. Long story short, we did not get the dress until today, after many phone calls and a visit. We were scammed and given the floor sample. Teresa and her employees were extremely rude when we voiced our frustrations. I have proof of their fraudulant practice, and plan to pursue legal options.
