I would give no stars, but we did get help after I called the store FROM the shoe area for a little help There were literally 2 people in the store besides us and not one employee to be found to help us try on shoes. Well, they lost my business. I needed help getting shoe sizes from the back, but the one guy that helped us for a minute disappeared again so we left and went to the outlets.

They have a good selection of ammo for a good price. They also have reasonably priced led-​free ammo which can be hard to find.

I came here not really looking for anything in particular but walked out with four items. This store has so much stuff and great gift giving items. Clothes, shoes, toys, balls, workout items. Good prices too. This store is very neat and the girls at the front counter were friendly and greeted me as I walked in. I will visit this store more often.

Bought a new Jeep brand mountain bike… able to purchase the bike brand new with a hand pump, new helmet, and new lock all for about 250.00. The only downside was spending approx. 4 hours assembling the bike as purchased it came out nicely packed into a box. All in all, they were courteous and professional as far as I could tell.

Ok but they don’t have a bottle opener in stock, it seemed rather odd to me but at one point all the employees were helping me so the service is great. They do have a great selection of knives.

Well stocked (went there today, the day after Black Friday, after being at a different Big 5 which was had most of their items sold out), friendly and helpful staff that will chit chat with you (contrasted with other Big 5s). Have bought from them on several occasions (firearms, ammunition, and assorted items) and I actually like going there.

This store recently opened here in Camarillo.
Well stocked, friendly helpful staff, plenty of parking, conveniently located away from the craziness of the outlets on the opposite side of Camarillo in the Albertson’s shopping center where the furniture store used to be.
My new sporting good spot, I love Big 5’s.
