Burgers, chicken, tri tip brrekfast and so much more. Beer on draft also served here. My son loves the breakfast burrito with bacon and gravy instead of salsa. Ask them to grill your burrito. Best breakfast burrito in Camarillo according to my son and only $ 4.25. Everytime I stop by to pick up an order it’s always busy here. They offer daily specials. Outdoor seating available too. Coupons In the coupons and more circular mailed to Camarillo residents.

Service has gone downhill significantly since New ownership. I was in the other day ordered a tri tip sandwich with grilled onions and fries. I got the butt end of the fries fries(a bunch of ends). The tri tip was dry and had No grilled onions. The cook was throwing peoples orders and the tickets at the orders like he was pissed off. Then I go in the next week I stand in line for almost 10 minutes behind 1 Customer while the Hispanic cashier and Hispanic Cook just kept carrying on conversation with the customer. The customer was on his phone taking orders from his family. I finally walked out since it was obvious they did not want my business. I would not go back again. The food is mediocre at best. The dinner portions are tiny for the price. The burgers are 5 – 6 bucks alone and are super thin patties add fries and a drink your at almost 10 $ for a meal. Highly highly recommend not going here. They only get the 2nd star for past performance. Tried to call for owner and employees had no idea when he would be in.

I liked this place when I got a double barn burger a few days ago. Kind of reminded me of Astro burger from los Angeles Yummy charbroiled taste. The burger didn’t need any special sauce cause it tasted amazing together by itself. Yeehaww

3 Stars=A-OK. And that’s about right. Decent food although not the best. I’ve eaten here numerous times and I know what to expect: Decent food at a doable price. It is an old school 1985ish diner, with a lot of choices on the menu. I enjoy the breakfasts most, although their lunch menu is good enough in a pinch I would recommend this place, but keep your expectations in check – the food is decent, not gourmet. Think of fast order chefs flipping stuff on a greasy griddle to get the picture

Got the pastrami burger with chili cheese fries combo… Yes I was hungry. Burger not bad, bout average. Chili on fries did not taste like anything, sort of dry. Only get a 12 oz drink with combo. For almost 13 bucks I would think at least a 20 oz. basic burger place, not great, but not terrible

Solid 4 star local«hole in the wall» spot. Burger menu is diverse and they also serve breakfast, tri-tip and chili dogs. I also noticed today they they now have 2 great local beers on tap: Firestone 805 and Fig mountain Hoppy Poppy — you can’t go wrong with either of those options– good job Burger Barn! Today I enjoyed a Camarillo burger comes with 2 types of cheese, bacon and avocado– great combination. The burger and Fries came out to $ 9.00(pic of burger posted here or on my Insta at: roma_richard_gggr) If your in the mood for a burger and haven’t tried this spot yet– check it out.

Definitely a hole in the wall, as previously stated by other reviews below. I’ll start by saying, the people that come here know their burgers. This is a burger specialist kind of place, and they do it right. Though not personally a favorite burger place of mine, I respect the craft. This place seemingly has been here since the prehistoric ages, and the décor is very outdated. Definitely a locals kind of place. The walls are decorated with old team pictures of teams they’ve sponsored. The food is pretty good, and the prices are even better. I’d recommend burger barn to any burger enthusiast. Give this place a try. Even if you don’t like the place, it’s worth it for the experience. The menu has a lot to offer, so choose wisely. They do serve beer for those that are wondering.

Finally came here for lunch just today, and decided to go with the Camarillo burger. The wait was very short, which was also nice. It was just a good, solid burger — tasted like it had been made with love. I would recommend going with two patties, although just the one did leave me content. The fries were great, thick and crunchy. All in all, I thought it was a great meal. Definitely coming here again.

Came here for the first time around 6:30am, right when they opened. It was very quiet, which was nice. There were a couple of people eating in the restaurant and one person ahead of me ordering. The lady that rang me up was very nice. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito with everything and a half order of biscuits and gravy. It came out to $ 7 and some change. Reasonable in my opinion. Everything was good. Not the best I’ve ever had by any means, but I finished it all. The only thing I would change next time is no salsa because it wasn’t fresh. I love fresh pico in my burritos, but this was generic salsa. I used a lot of ketchup. I would return to try to the burgers and to support a local business.

I came here years and years ago,(like over 15 years ago), because my aunt worked nearby and would take us. I’d get a burger and onion rings, and what I recall, it was delicious! I finally came back and it was still delicious. I ordered the Camarillo burger, cheesy, avocado spread(wish they had more), saucy, bacon, it went all well together. Although, the burger wasn’t the«gourmet» type where you taste the quality of the patty, but the patty did have a «flame» taste that I did enjoy! It’s a local favorite.

Burgers are good, but for those of us that want breakfast later than 10:30am youre out of luck since they stop serving them then. Really hate when a restaurant decides for me what time I should eat breakfast food. At least serve breakfast until noon, not just until 10:30am, especially on the weekends!

Not what I expected from the other Unilocal reviews. Thought it was a real burger joint. Turned out to be a glorified hospital cafeteria. The burger itself was a frozen patty(or at least it looked and tasted like one). Also, they have lots of different options for types of burgers, but no explanation on the menu. It’s ok if you’re looking for something quick. But for real burgers, I’d try elsewhere.

They just implemented a Rewards program. Come in 10 times get a free meal, not bad for a flame broiled restaurant.

The burgers here are probably some of the best in Ventura County by far. How ever the reason I’m only giving 3 stars is because the chili cheese fries are horrendous. Hands down the worst I have ever had. Looks like ground beef with some crappy seasoning on it. But if u love grease them this is for you because all the grease the use to cook in puddles up at the bottom of the bowl and will defanitly turn you stomach. So in other words stay away from there chili cheese fries it’s a waste of money and taste like crap! And the restroom was extramly dirty water and paper towels and tissue paper all over the floor.

Good, solid burger. Some might not even now about this little gem, tucked away in an unassuming parking lot behind a bank and a liquor store. But if you’re a true Camarilloite(MOB, represent), you know all about the barn. If I had to compare it to another burger joint, I’d compare it to the Habit… but this place has way more personality, the way a whole-in-the-wall might have more responsibility than a textured and painted white wall. I’d choose this place over The Habit every time.

Burger barn is a classic ma n pa joint. Its like those local family owned restaurants that sponsor local kids sport teams n local businesses. So happy this place exists in camarillo. They have fair prices, the burgers are very traditional. You can choose between a single or double patty for each burger. They also have a hotdogs list and a sandwich list. But today I got the mushroom burger with avocados. Overall its pretty good if youre craving a decent fix. Ps if youre a student and you show ID, you can get a discount. Plus the 22oz draft beers are $ 4.35! :)
