When I buy a service for the first time, I want to be acknowledged and assured that I can trust the team. I knew immediately when I spoke to the owner at Coastline Car Solutions that I would have the proper care for my Mother. It isn’t easy to rely on else to take care of a parent. I had a lot of questions and they were all answered thoughtfully and to my satisfaction. From day one when we hired Coastline, I quickly realized I made the right choice. The caregiver is warm, kind, loving and trustworthy. Now I have peace of mind, I highly recommend.

Searched everywhere for someone to help our adult daughter who is disabled get to and from her doctor appointments as we don’t live in the area. Meredith and the staff at Coastline Care Solutions has been amazing and are so flexible with helping out when she needs it. They are very loving and she loves the hugs she gets when they come get her. It makes us feel so much better that they are there caring for her like family!

My mother in law has vision problems, and she can’t drive anymore. We called Coastline, and they have some wonderful caregivers that take her to her appointments. Sometimes she has last minute appointments, and when I call or email to schedule a ride, the response is always «no problem!» We can’t speak highly enough of everyone there, thank you!

Coastline is the BEST. They’re family owned and operated, so you don’t have to deal with any corporate «we can’ts.» Skilled caregivers are ALWAYS available when you call, and Linda even gave me her cell phone number and told me to call any time we needed help, even in the middle of the night.
*Reason I gave it a 4 star is because no one would take a 5 star seriously, but in all seriousness, Coastline is a 5 star organization.
