Worst KFC ever! Worst customer service! You never know what kind of chicken you are going to get because they are always out something. You might get lucky for someone to come around from the back to help you when you walk up to the counter. One time I watched 2 people staring at theirs phones without acknowledging us. They seriously need to go to customer service training school, it is seriously some of the worst I have ever seen!!!

The one star is because the biscuits are for the most part, darn good. Customer service is horrible. They can’t seem to get an order correct when going through the drive thru. Calling them to let them know something was missing added to my frustration to hear her so nonchalant like it’s an everyday occurrence. Will probably start making the trek to Moorpark’s Popeyes.

The cashier was super rude. I work in a fast food myself and I’ve never treated a customer with attitude. She told us to throw the trash in a specific trash bun because shes rude and lazy.

Let me just start off by saying that the young man named Nolan serving us has some of the best customer service in the fast food industry. He recommended the $ 5 box and it was just splendid. I would highly recommend topping of this marvelous meal with a nice ice cold half gallon lemonade. I frequent this establishment ever since the excellent service from such a nice young lad

So I finished work early and decided to stop in and sample some Kentucky Fried Chicken. I’ve been here before, and I have always left happy and full. Tonight I had the Popcorn Nuggets, with a small order of PW’s Potatoe Wedges if your wondering. Anyway I don’t understand all the negative reviews. The staff was and is always helpful when I come here and they always ask you if you’d like Sauses’ with your food. You negative Nancy’s are just not coming in at the right times. Anyway my visit was great and the staff was on top of their game! Great job KFC keep up the good work!

Talk about insult to injury. I had previously submitted my comments to KFC regarding my bad experience via the survey on the receipt, and at that time I was prepared to wash my hands of KFC, that is until I received an email from their COO, Brian Goldstein. He appreciated my feedback and sent me a $ 5 voucher. I thought my comments and feedback would have been taken to heart, but after my visit on Sunday, I have to say that I will NEVER return to KFC. I have been in the customer service industry since I was 16 years old, and never would I treat a customer the way I have been treated at this restaurant. The lack of customer service that has been shown to me is absurd! Not once was eye contact made, nor was I greeted with a smile. The only words uttered to me was the total price of my meal. I would have thought that since I was presenting a voucher to have part of meal comp’d that that would have triggered something with the order taker, but that didn’t seem to faze her. KFC used to be one of my favorite restaurants to visit, but all you have done is left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope to one day see the CEO of KFC on Undercover Boss, so that you can see the type of employees your customers have to deal with.

How can a chicken restaurant always be out of chicken? I have wrote e-mails and received a reply of a free meal which I’ve never used. I was just trying to make the owner aware that the decision on when to cook more chicken needs to be better thought out. The sad part is the food is good when you get it 15 – 20 minute wait, which is where my son is right now waiting. I tried to call in a to go order thinking that will give them time and they don’t take orders over the phone? I guess the positive is for a fast food establishment, their food is cooked to order so it comes piping hot?

Good food for what it is. Here are my main points: — biscuits were hard — they closed at 9 when Unilocal says 11 — also they locked the door at 8:58(seriously? Lol) thankfully we rushed to the drive through quick enough ;) — and they would not honor the 19.99 for 14 legs and thighs deal listed on Unilocal. Good business would be to honor that check-in deal and the hours need to be changed. Overall, typical KFC.

If I could give no stars I would. This place is a joke. The lady that was taking the orders kept cutting me off and didn’t even let us finish our order. The girl at the widow was a complete smart ass and was very rude. I will not be coming back.

This is one KFC performs poorly compare to other KFCs around the area. If you go there after 7PM it’s very likely you will not get what you want because they are already cleaning and not cooking new chickens. This happened to be several times and I would not ever go back there. 1 star is too much for this location.

Guilty for eating here but my Sis n I can’t get enough of the chicken tenders with potato wedges and Mac n Cheese… Honey Mustard to dip and the chocolate cake is amazing. Lucky I never had trouble with wait time or a wrong order… *crossing my fingers*

Constantly getting my order wrong. How hard is it to know the difference of grilled and fried? I asked for the grilled chicken… you give me fried. STOP! It is annoying in the drive-thru, because I drive home and have to drive all the way back just to make you get my order right. Next time I will check on spot or better yet just NEVER go back. I ate the fired food anyway even though I asked for grilled… and my stomach had bad issues. They use trans fat in the fried food which is so bad for you!!!

Sometimes the food is too spicy other times it’s just right. You never know what your going to get. We always use the drive-through. The staff is friendly and food will come fast. You can also tell them you want plates and utensils. They are very generous with them. Once your home you won’t have dishes.

If only I could do ½ star for the speed of my order… This restaurant is the reason I stopped going to KFC several years ago. I guess I should have learned my lesson, because obviously this store hasn’t learned theirs! 1.5 stars? MGMT — WAKEUP!!! Was not greeted — was actually surprised by the guy standing behind the counter kinda hiding out. It was dinner time, so the drive thru was packed(which is the only reason I decided to try them out again — besides that my wife wanted their mashed potatoes) I ordered the special 10pc meal deal w/mashed potatoes and coleslaw with an add-on of wings. My order was ready in like 45 seconds… I guess that should have been my clue that this wasn’t going to be good. So at home I started preparing the meal for our family of 4, when I realized that the wings I got were breaded… huh? I thought I ordered HOTWING — shouldn’t the dumba$$ behind the counter have asked me if I wanted regular or breaded? Then I noticed that I didn’t get any butter or honey for the biscuits… huh again? My wife told me I was supposed to ask — never asked before, shouldn’t they have asked since I am the customer!!! Then upon eating everything, it brought back the old memories of why we stopped coming here. Everything tasted hours old. The wings were so bad that my son threw his in the garbage. I ate 1 wing and noticed how dried out it was and threw mine away. Dare I call MGMT and complain — normally I would, but after looking at the reviews on this site, I can tell it wouldn’t do any good. This placed needs to go out of business and be replaced by a company that cares about quality. KFC — no more — get a clue and fix your business!!! As for now, I’ll go next door to Albertson’s for decent chicken!

4 stars. Let’s get things straight: They messed up our order, the food was what we expected it to be, it took a long time, and they called us by the wrong name: each of us. The cashier was a real sweetheart but fool couldn’t take an order if it was written down for him. He scribbled my name down so fast, when the other guy who gave us our order called out my name. The order was wrong so we had to get a refund and then they charged us again for the correct order. So there you have it. 4 stars FOREFFORT!

Service is not very good here. Been waiting in line for EVER!!! Needs more people working during the lunchtime hour! Hard I not promised my 6yr old KFC for doing great today in school I would have walked out! Never will I return to this KFC!!!

Horrible service… Wanted extra crispy chicken and they didn’t have it ready. Ordered a famous bowl had to wait 10 minutes for it and when I got my food they didn’t offer anything for the wait. Got home and realize there was no hot sauce for the chicken and no honey for the biscuit. I will never go back.

I was craving some wings so I stopped by our local KFC I knew this was a bad mistake the moment I walked in. . Employees busy chattering away in Spanish. There were four of them in the front and I asked them who was taking orders and they just stared at me not knowing what to do. Very poor service, food looked cold and unappetizing. Dirty floors and tables. Decided not to order and left.(I think the employees were still trying to figure out who was taking orders) Stay away!
