Yikes! This has to be the WORSTTB in the county! The manager could care less as to how long the customers wait for their food. The drive through is ridiculous as well. The kids that they have hired are doing their best but they need to put a few more workers on the food line. We have banned going there for over a year and then finally decided to return. Same problem, new year! Buyer beware!

Everyone up front move like MOLASSES, slow and seemingly ignorant to the crowd of hangry patrons. 2-burritos for take out take 25-min! No wonder The drive-through line is so backed up. AVOID this location, at least during lunch rush.

Please let the Santa Paula location train the staff here. I asked for chicken, get charged an extra 80 cents, I get ground beef. I ask for extra cheese, get charged 45 cents extra and got barely any cheese. So disappointing…

If I could give no stars at all I would! This place sucks! Over 15 minutes to get 1 beef soft taco and then they gave me the wrong drink with the taco. When I asked for the correct one I was told they were out even tho when I ordered they had it. So in the 15 minutes I waited and others were served they ran out of the cherry flavor I ordered. Save your time and money and skip this stop!

They may have the slowest drive through I’ve ever been at I got there at 8:28 and I’m getting out of there 8:58 I can’t believe how long it takes them over there at this drive-through

I work close to this taco bell and was on lunch break the other day. So I thought I Would go to the drive thru for a quick lunch. Once you enter the drive thru you cant get out. It took 40 minutes to get my lunch. Wow… The burritto was 4″ long and I was still hungry when I got done eating. Never again.

This has to be the slowest drive thru ever!!! I don’t know what is up with camarillo taco bells, but they are all just too slow. They even make you wait at the speaker for 5 min just to order. The food was ok… but the wait is unacceptable.

Taco Bell, is Taco Bell. You get what you pay for. The only problem is, the lobby closes at 10 and the drive-through at 11. I just showed up hoping to get a Baja Blast freeze and the drive-though wasn’t even open. If they were open more hours, it would be better.

This is by far the best Taco Bell in Camarillo! The drive thru and counter staff are always really courteous. The food is always hot and my order is always correct. Speedy and friendly. What more could you ask for!

If I could make it 0 stars I would, I cannot say how displeased I was at this location, enough to make me write a review which I rarely do, some people have bad days and I am respectful of that, but this was twofold rediculous. My children begged me to go there for the new breakfast items, we arrived, waited no response for several minutes, granted it had just opened. I go to order, she answers offers if I would like to try something on their new breakfast, I say yes but where is the menu you speak of. She starts to read me the items on it, but I could barely understand her. Finally a manager comes out to change the menu. I ask for a moment then proceed to order. I get to the window, pay and get my receipt and order. I say oh I think you gave me the wrong item a steak breakfast burrito but I wanted a bacon. The gentlemen says oh I’ll tell them to make the other. He comes back brings the manager and says ok your fine, I say but there is a price difference. The manager starts fiercely explaining I ordered wrong(clearly she heard me order what I should have got while changing the menu) and explains now we will have to throw this food out. What a waste. The gentlemen says no I explained to cook the other order. I ask are you the manager clearly you have no customer service. She was rude and contained to throw my food at me. I was shocked. Then my kids get their waffle tacos and hash browns. And I realize neither are fully cooked. She says just give her 2.00 for the difference and walks away. I didn’t want to argue anymore so I took my mushy hash browns and disappointing food for my kids and left. We didn’t even finish it. Truly disappointed.

Found this place by accident … Very nice Taco Bell they have all new interior. The food was great usually when I get my favorite cheesy fiesta potatoes there not usually fresh in this case they were perfectly fresh and crispy! Besides good food and good interior the service was great. CURTIS took my order very polite well mannered young man! Also very hard working he was cleaning the tables and moping in between new customer arrivals. I don’t know if I’ll be back because I’m not from this area but was super satisfied in every way!!!

Food was fine. It was the service that was terrible. I didn’t know that asking a clarification question about my bill was a crime. I questioned by bill because the cost for my combo was 5.50. I was charged 6.65. No big deal, just curious why the taxes where so high. Well it wasn’t the taxes it was the upgrade I got to medium size. I never asked to be up graded but they did it anyway. So be careful what you get charged at this place. So, after I asked I got a dirty look and an attitude to boot. I will not visit again.
