Horrible pizza. I’ve tried so many times I give up! Try Ballagio’s! I don’t understand Dominos. Why such poor quality pizza at such a high price when it’s delivered. I did not care for taste of pizza. Big disappointment!

This is the second time now I’ve ordered a pizza from here and my order was wrong. I asked for the normal hand tossed crust and got thin, I ordered 2 garlic sauces and didn’t get any. Not ordering from here anymore if I’m not getting what I payed for

No one who eats at Dominos is going to claim this place is worth 5 starts — be honest. So why did I give them only 1 star? Because I cannot give them zero stars.
Everyone knows that the streets in Washougal have no directional modifyer (SE, NW, etc) yet their computer system insists on puting one in. This creates delays for delivery and cold pizza. How can you make Dominos pizza worse? deliver it ice cold.
Don’t bother complaining — they’ll just mail you a coupon so that you can order another cold pizza. When I order pizza from dominos I don’t expect it to be the best pizza in the world but I do expect to arrive within 45 minutes and to be delivered hot.
Poor customer service that takes no ownership of issues, trys to play games with you and hangs up when you hold them accountable. Order your pizza from someone else! These guys are the worst!

Domino’s has stepped it up. The pizza is way better than a few years ago when I was in college. The new cheese bread is out of this world. 1 order is only good for 2 people though. Haha, it’s really good. The Brooklyn crust is great. They have cheddar cheese as a topping, which is unique, and extra cheese (mozzarella) is FREE. Pizza Hut and Papa Johns charge $ 1 for extra cheese if you are using a coupon. Weak.
