We have been using this Great Clips for our son’s hair for three years, and have always been satisfied, considering they are inexpensive haircuts. We will never return! They completely messed up my son’s hair, giving him a really ugly «buzz cut,» even though that is not what is in the computer or what we asked for. When I questioned it and complained, obviously upset, they had nothing useful to say. Just kept insisting that it was the right cut, when it was not. They did not offer to make it right in any way, shape, or form. Avoid these people! They are not concerned about the happiness of their customers, even returning ones.
