Terrible place. Disgusting coffee, very sweet, seems like they want to hide the horrible taste of coffee by over-sweetening it. Never ever gonna come back.

The girl messed up a black coffee. And put milk in it. How can you mess up the most simple drink?

Excellent cups, napkins, disposable tableware and free individually packaged condiments. The nutrisweet packets in particular are exceptional. Terrible coffee.

Stale doughnuts, dirty restaurant and the girl that took my order was too busy talking to her co workers then paying attention to my order. She also forget to give us both order of our hash-browns.

Always disappointed by the service in the early AM. The lady there refuses gift cards and then to add insult to injury she refuses my debit card and tells me the card was declined. I know there isn’t a problem with my card because there is plenty of money in my account and I made a purchase just minutes before at a gas station. Their donuts are always fresh but this person who works there is sour!

For what it’s worth: Of the three 24-hour Dunk-a-doos I pass on my way home from my 3 a.m. shift, this is my favorite. They almost always have the fresh round of donuts out by 3:30 a.m., and if they don’t, the dude will go in back and pull whatever you’re asking for. And what you ask for should be something with hella toppings. Dunkies donuts, cake and raised, are so spineless that their only saving grace is being smothered in something better. Such as milk chocolate and buttercream, which explains why their seasonal chocolate heart donut is the best thing they’ve got going for them. I also like the goopy, fudgy bits on the top of their chocolate stick. And, as far as you know, that’s not a euphemism.

This is one of the few dunkin’s where I don’t have to repeat myself a MILLION times and still get my drink wrong. The staff is absolutely the nicest and remember most of their customers and if they have a usual or not. I have nothing to say about the donuts because I’m a muffin fan. The muffins are great. Never dry. It also doesn’t take them forever to help you or get you your drink. Unlike other DD’s in the area, I feel like you should bring a book to them just to order your drink and wait for it. Definitely a nice one

donuts are delivered one time daily. wanna guess what time? THREE A.M. what does this mean? this means that when you come in for a donut, that it has been sitting there since three a.m., and that before that, it was on a donut truck coming from GaGa knows where. by the time i bit into mine it was so stale it might have been made by little babies in china, shipped over to california on a row-boat, and delivered to east cambridge by an old woman on roller skates from there. fresh they are not. happily the lady at the counter was nice enough to refund my money for the stale donuts. nasty. nas-tay. but v. su, you went in at 9 at night. of COURSE they were stale. WELLLL i’m from east tennessee and you can drunk-drive through a drive thru at 1 a.m. and the donuts are fresher than the town bicycle. sooooo if your donuts are stale, DON’T SELLTHEM. if you can’t provide a fresh product, then close down for a few hours. that way i won’t have to stand in line and feel silly about ‘returning’ three stale-ass donuts.
