I bought a water bottle here, a minute after they’re closed. A male staff who was closing the store notified me of this, but he saw my desperate face and helped rang up my order(card only). I appreciated his kindness in that moment of devastating thirst. I forgot to look at his nametag but thank you Dunkin’ Water Angel.

I can’t express how much dislike I have for this particular Dunkin’s. Everything here is TERRIBLE: crappy food and crappy customer service. I don’t understand how you can mess up on sandwiches that you simply MICROWAVE. They are super slow here. Let me tell you guys what happened. It was June/July and I was in line to order 50 count munchkins and a coffee. I ended up waiting TWENTY minutes for the munchkins! Mind you, I was clocked in at work upstairs at Hollister. My manager only let me come down here because I told her it was going to be quick. Of course it’s going to be quick — it’s just munchkins that you put in a box!!! But twenty minutes?! That’s enough time for me to finish my coffee. I was so aggravated, especially since I saw the same lady get other people their donuts. At one point, she was just standing there. I finally said something to her: «Hey, I’ve been standing here waiting for my munchkins, and I actually don’t want it anymore» to which she replied«Oh I’m so sorry I forgot about it!». Are you serious? I wonder how many times she pissed off a customer by simply«forgetting». Yes, we’re all human and we make mistakes, and it could’ve been an honest one too, but lady, it wasn’t even busy. There were many incidents like this, and it’s not based on my experiences only. My coworkers and friends have ranted to me about how awful this Dunkins is. What’s aggravating is when you see 6(there’s usually 3 – 4) of them working there and they are just as bad.

Whoa. Run to the Au Ban Pain next door.(They sent me there — read on.) This purported DD is located in a four-story mall. If you are new to the mall, the Starbucks and Au Bön Pain are nearby — they offer 4 star and 5 star service — and both are open early on Saturday morning — like 730am. But if you seek abuse, try this DD. We got it involuntarily. First, bleary-eyed, I ask for coffee with Soy milk. Apparently DD doesn’t know that one-quarter of America is lactose-intolerant/allergic. OK, maybe that is an issue for HQ. So I ask —«can you put some cold water into the coffee.» But — Cold water is not an option at this DD. They do only«cream or sugar.» Rude Woman at counter: «Cream or sugar!» Me: «I’d like cold water please so I don’t get scalded.» I’ll spare you the next four rounds of the dialogue in which cold water is such a new concept that it does not appear on the menu or be something they offer. Second, I order some breakfast gizmo and ask for knife and fork — you know the awful plastic ones. She hands me the knife — and says«We don’t have forks — go steal one from Au Bön Pain!» Actual quote. Then my son steps up, having gotten the vibe on breakfast sandwiches. Line is shifting in place — getting longer. Request: «Could I have a Maple donut?» Reply: «Mopple?» «Um, yes Maple donut please» Reply: «We don’t have Maple(pronounced: Mopple).» Wisely my son shifted to Boston Crème donuts — which he thought due to proximity to Boston would work. It did. We left. Still scalded from this awful place 48 hours later. DD should pull its license. No Maple donuts at 730am! No forks! No ability to speak to customers. Go to Starbucks or Au Bön Pain(75 feet away from DD is paradise). Run for your life.

The Dunkin Donuts at the Cambridgeside Galleria. You can get food here, and then you eat it. You also get coffee. The iced coffee didn’t taste as good as iced coffee at other Dunkin Donuts. Otherwise okay.

This Dunkin Donuts is in the mall. A great mall it is though, 4 stories! I did not see any pastry or donuts so i had to ask. Do you have Pastry? The 2 working must of thought i was a visitor and new to the doughnut world. They were both very sweet about it. The male took me to the other side to see the case of Donuts. He made me a cup of green tea. Since i had no make-up on they probably thought i needed a little help. The Tea was heavenly and just what i needed. I felt really happy they were so sweet, since i was acting like the dumb girl. I will go back and they were very good!

I got really friendly and excellent service here on a Sunday morning. I wouldn’t normally review a DD but the service was worth noting. No grumbling when a guy asked for more skim milk, just really happy workers taking pride in their work. A coffee with a smile? I’m all about that.
