The guys running this place early in the morning are awesome! Very friendly first thing in the morning. They enjoy their Dunkin Donuts business and people. What better way to wake up in the morning when you’re hungry, a little tired, going to work? Attitude is everything! Thank you! Means a lot to me. Keep up the quick service and great work! Congrats!

Conveniently located outside of porter t station and in a Plaza with plenty of parking and nice neighboring stores for grocery and other items. I really like this location, it has seating and there is a dunkin donut app that people with smart phones can take advantage of to get discounted or free eats and drinks. Only problem here sometime is that some customers that come in here start trouble like wanting their pause bought food microwaved in dunkin donuts. Another is sometimes they get your order wrong. For example I got a turkey egg and cheese wake up wrap but it didn’t have any turkey in it. It wasn’t that busy when I came in but I think the person working was new. It wasn’t a big deal but I hope their employees know what should be included in whatever I purchase in the future.

An excellent place to get coffee or study if you don’t mind a little noise. This review is only short a star because, 1. they need more seating in the mornings; 2. they have a squeaky machine that only runs before noon; 3. their eggs don’t turn out right; 4. any complicated or fancy order is at your own risk. Here’s what I like: 1. Excellent hours: 5 – 11 last time I checked. 2. They let you use the bathroom all hours that they’re open(unlike other locations). 3. Coffee is exceptional. Donuts and tea are very good. 4. They have seating(unlike many locations). 5. They play popular music. 6. It’s laid back and not snobby. I wish they were open 24 hours like the grocery store and drug store nearby.

There’s nothing really special about this place; i mean its a Dunkin Donuts and its about the least local restaurant in all of town. Seriously there’s like a billion Dunkin Donuts around here; it gets pretty old with all due respect. The donuts are decent and the holiday specials are actually rather tasty but CAUTION: DONOT get a donut here late! I got one at 7:30 one night and that thing was hard as a rock; I mean it was about the most un fresh donut I’ve ever attempted to sink my teeth into. My final complaint is the long line; the wait may very well make you late for your next job interview!

Nicest DD staff around. Coffee is always hot and never burned. Breakfast food is also never burned(a rarity in the area).

COUNTYOURCHANGE! …if they even give you any. This Dunkin’ is literally STEALING from their customers. I am rarely a patron of Dunkin’ but enjoy their burn-the-skin-off-the-roof-of-my-mouth hot chocolate on an especially blustery day. After a few times of getting incorrect change(short changed), which was corrected when I brought it to their attention. On my most recent visit, the cashier handed me back only bills, and none of the change she owed me. When I brought it to her attention and told her that she owes me change, she looked at me and told me «I don’t have any change.» and dismissed me. I again told her that she owes me change and needed to figure something out she rolled her eyes, and turned around to ignore me. Her manager had to overhear the conversation and get my change. If I wasn’t in more if a hurry, I would have made a scene. Go to Panera instead.

i seriously wish i could give this place a negative 2000. the people at this dunkin donuts suck royally!!! they treat everyone like shit, and make YOU feel like shit for wanting«no sugar and just a little bit of cream», oh, and that free shot that they’re advertising? yeah, good luck with that one. i had to ask a couple of times for it, and finally was just too frustrated to care that they DIDN’T put it in my coffee. everytime i go in there i feel anxious to get the hell out. unfortunately, there’s no other dunkin close by. and i don’t want to go to the hess to get my coffee. i actually DO like dunkin donuts’ coffee when done right, and readily. i mean, i get that your job probably sucks, and that you don’t want to be there on a saturday morning, but then GETANOTHERJOB if you hate that one so much! you don’t have to smile at me when i approach to order. half the time i’m not smiling because i’m feeling like crap after a long fun friday night. so, i don’t expect a smile. but i expect you to actually DO your job right! and not get mad at ME for ordering whatever it is i’m ordering. this one guy in particular constantly shakes his head ’cause he’s so irritated at you for ordering an iced coffee, and a bagel. not to mention the one time that i actually got my «turbo shot» in my coffee they CHARGED me for what was supposed to be a «free turbo shot». they have the signs all over adverticing the free shot. unfortunately i didn’t notice this until i got home and checked the receipt. my fault for not noticing earlier, but their fault for not doing their job right. grrrrr. * breathe in * * breathe out* i can’t believe this place upsets me this much. haha…

My lovely friend Janet came up to help me move in March, and I took her here to fuel up for all the heavy lifting and organization. I forgot to Unilocal it then because it was fairly unremarkable. Janet, who is sunshine personified, asked«why is everyone in Massachusetts so grumpy?» because all of the patrons and cashiers had perpetuscowls plastered across their faces. I observed the scowlage over my sausage egg and cheese on croissant and commented that perhaps it was just because of the early morning. Not so. I went there today at 5:00 p.m. for a pre-SAT class iced coffee and found similar scowlage… except for one hilarious man. As I waited to order my medium iced coffee with cream and two splendas, the man in front of me blurted: «I’ll have a medium iced coffee with french vanilla, hazelnut, caramel, and three splendas.» I stood there gaping at him and blurted«I am totally Unilocaling that.» I’ve gotten so used to saying that phrase to friends that my usual«keep your thoughts internal» filter wasn’t working today. The man looked at me quizzically, saying«it’s for my daughter. What is a Unilocal?» I said«oh it’s a site where you can write reviews about stuff.» He replied«Oh ok. I’ll tell my daughter that I met a nice writer who is going to write about her ridiculous coffee drinks.»

As far as Dunkin Donuts goes, I am a pretty loyal patron. I NEVER go to Starbucks. I am just not that fancy when it comes to coffee. I frequent this D&D, uhhh, frequently, and the only real complaint I have is with the long lines during peak hours, but then again is that really a complaint. I think it’s to be expected when you locate a popular chain coffee joint right next to a major transportation hub. They usually have everything in stock, such as strawberry cream cheese AND an extended appearance of the Pumpkin Muffin. The staff attitude ranges from really friendly and helpful to pretty rude and clearly pissed off about who-knows-what, but more the former than the latter, so I’ll keep this as my neighborhood D&D.

This is where you go when you want to be belittled by the staff. They KNOW you want a good cup of coffee… quickly. Their response. Take 20 minutes to reach the counter while they defy all odds to fuck up a large coffee light with skim milk and three equal. ½ hour later I walk out with a cup of cream and sugar with a dash of coffee like substance. Fuckers.

Second-rate coffee served in styrofoam cups by people who clearly hate their job? No, thanks. Anywhere but here.

this place has turned me off to dunkin donuts forever. in my first experience here, i noticed the place had a dismal atmosphere but my iced coffee tasted okay, although there was a layer of sugar goo when i reached the bottom that rendered the last few sips undrinkable. however, in my recent attempt to caffeinate myself here, i was served the funkiest tasting coffee ever. is it because it was 5:30pm and it was burnt to a crisp? somehow this funkiness went beyond simple burn flavor. i’ll never know for sure because i will never return. not at 5pm, not at 8am, not ever. Oh, and if the sketchy coffee wasn’t enough reason to deter you from going here, the place just has a depressing feel. if i were a Sim, i’d lose 5 happiness points just from walking into this place, and another 5 when i burn my tongue on their nasty coffee.
