World’s slowest bagel shop. We wait 30 minutes watching one guy prepping a pizza bagel by putting the shredded cheese on 2 pieces at a time. SHREDDED CHEESE mind you… the bagel I ordered was tasty but definitely not worth the wait. If i had had a meeting at 1pm I certainly would have been late. There are plenty of other faster restaurants — including full service restaurants — with better food and shorter wait times.

Really really disappointed in their breakfast. Their «egg» tastes like plastic. Dry, burnt plastic. It clearly came out of a factory somewhere, and tastes like the egg is merely a plurality of the ingredients. The cheese they use doesn’t even melt correctly. Even au Bön pain has better breakfast sandwiches. Seriously.
Their bagels are decent. They have some cool flavored ones like French toast (which is pretty good) and chocolate chip. So I give them two stars instead of one

Great to finally have an Einsteins in Kendall. I know it’s a chain but their chocolate chip bagel is just so good (esp toasted with cream cheese– perfect mix of sweet and salty). Though the location is brand new, service is awesome. They were able to do a tuna melt for me even though it’s not on the menu, and did a pretty good job with it too (note to self: get it with avocado next time).
