I just had a massage with Nathan and it was fantastic. I was feeling weary and in a lot of pain(back, lower extremities, the whole nine yards) and he helped me a great deal. As a martial artist/gym rat, I was worried I would have to rest for weeks after an an injury and after seeing Nathan, I am hopeful for a speedy recovery. His knowledge of anatomy and the root of the problem were not only palliative and effective, but also reassuring. He knows what he’s talking about and will really spend the time to help you minimize pain and also provide insights on what to stretch in order to avoid injuries in the future. Five stars!

Hands down the best massage therapist I’ve been to in Boston! Nathan actually addresses the root cause of your problems through hands-on bodywork as well stretching and exercises designed to correct them. I recently completed my first half-marathon ever and was so thankful to make it through training and the race injury-free with Nathan’s help :)

I went to Nathan after visiting several other massage therapists for chronic lower back pain. He took the time to really listen and try to understand the roots of the problem and the massage he gave me worked wonders. I immediately felt my hips and lower back loosen up and over the next couple of days the nagging pain that I’d dealt with for over a year went away! He showed me specific stretches and strengthening exercises to do as well to help keep everything balanced. He was knowledgeable, kind, and extremely professional. I used a BuyWithMe coupon for the hour-long massage, but I won’t hesitate to pay full price to go back to him the next time I’m having any similar trouble. I really can’t recommend him highly enough, he’s terrific!

I have now had two massages with Nathan Polk and they were fantastic! I’ve had massages before, and although they were relaxing, none of them relieved any of the back pain or tightness that I went in for. Nathan got to the root of the problem and also showed me stretches and weight lifting exercises that I should be doing at home to improve my posture and relieve the tension in my back. I will definitely be going back again!
