Pizza Pie-er

Don’t bother. You might get your pizza in 30 minutes. It might be an hour. Possibly 90 minutes. Horrible service. Mediocre pizza.

No stars for delivery we ordered at 11am they arrived at midnight I called 25 min into the order and the guy said there close… 40 min later they arrived. What was most disappointing was after that long ass wait the pizza was horrible, not that it was cold but horrible, I should have eaten the card board box it came in instead, im sure that would have had more flavor instead of the high school cafeteria pizza this place serves, the pizza was weird to chew and made my freind sick after 2 slices. will never repeat… I wouldn’t order there if they even paid me to eat the pizza.

Ordered from here twice on Foodler, frozen yogurt both times. The first time they delivered within the window (which is ridiculously long anyway) but everything was melted and came with no silverware or anything. Delivery person was also not very pleasant. We figured we would give them another chance tonight and were nothing but disappointed. They quoted us a 2 hour delivery window and still delivered it 20 minutes after the end of the window. They forgot half the ingredients in what we ordered and included ingredients that we didn’t. The delivery driver was SO rude– he called and said «delivery come out now» and hung up, only to find him NOT outside at all. When he found our apartment he stormed out of the car and just basically shoved everything at us and left.
Gave the benefit of the doubt, but never again.

Ordered from them on Foodler.
After over an hour, they called to say they didn’t have what I had ordered.
Why was it on the menu then?
And how long would it have taken to deliver if they did even have it?
People seem nice enough (I appreciate the call), but I can’t recommend.

Ordered a medium cajun chicken for delivery to Somerville at 7pm on a Thursday. Look, I get that Beacon Street has a lot of traffic. I commute down it every day. But it took 90 minutes to show up — I could have walked there and back in that time.
When it finally did show up, it was room temperature, the crust was hard, and the chicken was dry. It was like eating pizza that’s been left on the counter overnight. And I paid $ 23 (incl. tip and delivery charge) for this.
I called the store and asked for my money back. The guy on the phone said that he would «talk to the owner», but I’m not really expecting anything of it. I feel silly paying cash — if I had paid with a card, I’d be initiating a chargeback right now.
I know this place is theoretically capable of producing good pizza. I’ve eaten it. But I won’t be ordering delivery from them again, and you shouldn’t either.

I couldn’t believe the prices –$ 20 dollars for a delivery of a medium thin crust pizza that looked barely warm and unappealing. The pizza itself was rather bland, and the cheese overpowered the crust.

Just to update: Unfortunately they seem to have gone downhill recently and a pizza delivery took 2 hrs. Such a shame.

The service is excellent. They give more topping on our order compare to other pizza shop. The register guy also so humble and friendly.

I order lunch here once in a while. I usually order online. Today I called my order in since the website wasn’t working properly. The person taking my order was polite, verified my order and gave me an estimated time. I did not get an order total. I arrive shortly before my order is ready and pay. The guy at the counter, while nice enough, was on a speakerphone call. It didn’t annoy me until he continued his conversation outside while my pizza continued to cook… to the point where it’s a bit burned. The cheese was crunchy and not stringy. This wasn’t the worst pizza I’ve ever had but it certainly wasn’t the best I’ve had from here.

They did not want to honor the 50% off second pizza deal. After I threatened to leave they said that 25% could be taken off my total order. I will not give them repeat business

My favorite pizza place at the Cambridge location, with many options to build your own pizza — multiple crust varieties, sauces and toppings. Definitely try one with cilantro pesto sauce

I’m surprised that this place isn’t reviewed as a solid 4 star eatery! The interior, customer service, and the tasty crust deserve at least this much. The pizza toppings are creative, with a myriad of possibilities to dazzle your tastebuds.
Furthermore, this joint is family owned– I had a delightful encounter with the grandfather and granddaughter, who were both truly nice and accommodating. I’ll be swinging by in the near future!

I don’t know but the pizza has gone down hill the last 2 times I ordered.
It was so remarkably bad that I had to order chicken fingers as a back up just in case… Glad I did!
The crust is longer fluffy and buttery deliciousness with the perfect fluffy chewy/​crispy texture.
Feels like chewing cardboard… Kind of tastes like it too… What happened? Is it frozen now?
I don’t know…
But the plain chicken fingers with sauces on the side were good enough to mention… Pretty big, tender pieces of white meat, with crispy, flavorful batter.
So… If you want chicken fingers you have my permission to order them…
Hopefully by the time you go, they will not have changed that recipe.

They have huge slices, and many different varieties and fantastic flavor combos!
My friend love the Redhead, I usually just try any slice that speaks to me that day whether it’s cheese, a meat option or something funky… Yes… Funky is an option and it varies daily… Way to keep us on our pizza toes!
Want pizza? Go to All Star now!!! Run, don’t walk far away from here! Lol

Excellent customer service! I came in late and Jeff, a staff member, was still very helpful. That doesn’t always happen late. I appreciate it. I’ll be back.

Ordered pizza and mozzarella sticks for delivery at 7:30 pm on a Thursday night, order had an estimated arrival of 8:30 pm. When 9 pm rolled around and we still had no food, we called to see what was going on. They hadn’t even started making it yet.
We cancelled the order. Will never order from them again.

My boyfriend and I have ordered from here several times, because of the multigrain crust and lighter topping options. Unfortunately we’ve had some less than great experiences and don’t think we’ll be ordering again. Our last order took 2 hours and 20 minutes to arrive. I had to call and check on it– they simply never put it in. At least they were apologetic and gave us some free chicken fingers.
Another time the delivery driver showed up after an hour, only to tell my boyfriend that he didn’t have the pizza but could go back to the shop and get it!

My friend and I called and ordered a large cheese pizza for delivery. The delivery guy rings our doorbell. I rush downstairs, greet him and hastily bring the pizza back upstairs. My friend and I are starving and once we opened the box… we were stunned. I had to do a double take and close the box and open it up again.
Never in my life have I ordered a cheese pizza and have it be just LITERALLY shredded cheese… on plain dough! There was absolutely NO sauce. WTHECK?!! What kind of «chef» works at a pizza place and doesn’t know how to properly make a basic cheese pizza!!! Argh! The pizza was bland, cold and undercooked. WORST «cheese pizza» ever.
NEVER going to order from here again.

95% of the time my food is spot-​on, but I go here so often a few misses are expected. I love the variety of options (choose your crust and your sauce, not just toppings — can someone do the math on the number of possible combinations!?) and the service is friendly, though occasionally language barriers can make ordering a little tricky sometimes. I do pick-​up and eat-​in so cannot speak for the delivery. I like that we can all get our own personal sized pizza so I don’t have to negotiate toppings with my pickier friends. I LOVE that this place is open late night (usually midnight, 2am on Fridays and Saturdays)!! A seriously huge life saver so many times — probably the healthiest and most delicious late night option I can think of in the area.
Also, give Nick a raise! He rules, and always goes above and beyond anything I’d expect of anyone in service, and not just for me –being a regular.

The worst pizza I have ever had. I ordered a barbecue chicken pizza that had olives. It’s on the menu. I ordered as is. I got a Olive pizza??? I don’t know what to say. No parking at all. I was told to move cause the delivery guy parked in the only spot. It looked great, but no.
