I hate to complain, but within the last 6 – 8 months, this Starbucks location has been an absolute disaster. We tend to stop in on our lunch break and deal with it, but last Friday was by far the worst. Per usual, the line is out the door,(moving at a snail’s pace), and the baristas behind the counter are scrambling. There is no organization, and no structure. Just when we thought things would get moving a little faster with another employee rolling in, it didn’t make any difference. I stood in line for what felt like forever, and then it took almost 15 minutes to get what I ordered. I had to step up to the counter because I thought I got skipped, but actually the barista just forgot she put my cup somewhere. You could tell customers were losing their patience, and the team does not make it any easier with their attitudes. I hate to put the blame on management, but I can tell you the past few times i’ve been in there, they have just stood in the back while their employers were in the weeds. I’m not sure what happened to this store in the past year, but this place needs help ASAP.

Almost always out of everything. Noisy. No place to sit. Rude unprofessional staff.

I asked for a venti cold brewed iced coffee sweetened with soy milk. What do I get? Black regular iced coffee, unsweetened, and no soy milk. The store wasn’t even that busy… my expectation isn’t even that high and this place gets a solid ONESTAR.

This location is the SLOWEST I have ever been to, It took us 20 minutes to get thru the line and another 5 for the drink. I do blame it on management, because while we were there we could see 3 others in the back one of which was clearly a manager and nothing was done to help the line which when we got there wasn’t long however when we left the line was near the door. This location is a terrible. Overall: I would reccomend passing based on customer service

This has been one of my worst Starbucks experience ever; a long line, lack of stirrers and a cashier who can’t do math. Okay, I get that this is a Starbucks and the lines are generally long here, but this one is located inside a mall; there were about five staffs, three of whom weren’t really doing anything; and this was 10 am in the morning(not a lot of people make the trip to a Starbucks in a freaking mall 10 am in the morning, in case you haven’t realized). Yet it took me around 5 – 10 min in just getting myself up to the register, waiting in line, which is absurd. I ordered a tall, regular coffee to empty the coins that I had in my pocket. The coffee is $ 1.98 with the taxes, btw. So I handed the guy $ 5.98 as I didn’t have any singles. I was in a hurry so I didn’t realize this until I got out of the store, but the guy gave me $ 3.00 in change. I didn’t go back for it because I didn’t want others to wait because I was overcharged; just a freaking dollar. Having said that, you really shouldn’t place people who can’t do basic math on the register(Remember, this was 10 am in the morning at a Starbucks in a mall. The guy has been working for only three hours and he could still mess up my order; there’s something clearly wrong here). Especially since I could have gotten the venti size of the same drink and still got back a quarter. And yeah, they were also out of stirrers, which is absolutely ridiculous, given that it was only 10 am in the morning. I mean, how can you not have any? People, I suggest you avoid this place unless you want to waste your time, being overcharged for your drink.

Sometimes it can be good, for instance one of the few places that can do a flat white correctly, but the organization kills it. Something is up with how they order supplies or something. On several occasions they have run out of food, run out of decaf beans(that’s a first), run out of tall cups, run out of various syrups, and run out of splash sticks. A batista there described it as the most disorganized starbucks and I tend to agree

I was a regular at my Starbucks back home in California, and now I’ve certainly become one here. To be honest though, the service is really slow. The employees are awesome, but man oh man do they take their sweet time. This isn’t really a problem when I’m heading to school early and have time, but sometimes I’m on my lunch break and my whole 15 minutes are wasted primarily in line. Alas, the convenient location is what keeps me coming back… and the fact that I pretty much run on Starbucks.

Ordering anything with the app is how to navigate this place. Wait in line? Never.

It’s just like every other mall Starbucks. That said… The dude working the counter was clearly enjoying the line backing up into the mall and people becoming aggravated. Thumbs down on service. Maybe he’s pissed his tattoos suck? I’ll never know…

Staff was not professional, made we both felt very unwelcome(we tried to be friendly at first). Made our drinks completely wrong. But we did not bother to ask for a re-make because of their attitude. I rate two stars(not one) out of sympathy that there was a considerable amount of customers.

Just left this starbucks location feeling very disappointed. Tereja was my barista. Like other reviews here have mentioned, she was blunt about the service, and she was correcting my order. Forgive me for not knowing all the terminology… basically rude server and a badly crafted drink. Won’t be back. And believe me, it sucks having difficult customers early in the morning, I was on the way to an early job myself. I get it.

Service was fast, however the baristas are very blunt. Everything was sold out. My boyfriend and I were running out of options and she was too running out of patience.

I did not have a decent experience at this particular starbucks location. The retail was extremely patchy, their RTDE section was very sparse and had crumbs in it, their pastry case had a gnat flying around the pastries, and the girl who rang me up barely made eye contact and was just shy of being inaudible. This team needs better cohesion as well — you can feel the awkward tension from the hand-off plane. The one positive note I have for them is that the bar partner did not know how to make a Starbucks Doubleshot, allowed me to walk her through it, and when finished, asked me to let her know if it’s okay. That’s the barista promise we all hear about, but don’t get to witness as often as we should.

I went in here today to get a ice coffee and a iced latte. Waited in a long line and after ordering went to the side to pick my order up. I was dehydrated the whole day and coffee makes you even more dehydrated. As soon as I got my two coffee that I Order I asked her for an iced water. I thought nothing of it, I’ve asked many times for water and it’s not a problem. The barista said sorry I can’t give you water you have to wait in line again. She said she doesn’t even have a cup to put the water in. I understand it’s busy but that’s totally unprofessional and poor costumer service. It takes 5 second a to fill a cup with water. I didn’t want to ask for the manager because I used to work in the service industry and I get that they will give the employees a hard time but honestly I hope when that barista needs water because she’s dehydrated I hope she gets the same service. I’ve been going to this place for years but after this incident I’ll just go to dunks. What happened to barista will get your order right? Or rather get your order at all.

I really like this Starbucks, My 10 scooped green tea frappé came out perfect today. Just wanted to put it out there, the was this super long line too and it just diminished so quickly. Didn’t wait long at all.

It was 9am and I NEEDED Starbucks. H and I were staying at the Royal Sonesta and this was the closest shop from our hotel. I love how it was open before the majority of the shops in the mall. This Starbucks was paccked, but we were served relatively quickly as we had our drinks within 10 minutes of arriving. Also, for such a busy store, I was glad to see that the place was relatively clean with an ample number of seats!

A Starbucks is a Starbucks… This one was clean and had a good staff. Not great. The expresso was burnt in my Americano. But they re made it and it was much better! Always good coffee at a premium price! Gotta love Starbucks aka crack-bucks

This is(one of) my local Starbucks, and I don’t quite think it merits four stars, but my experience today made me rethink the 3 star rating. I went there this morning and ordered my usual drink: a grande iced caramel latte in a venti cup, with extra ice and whipped cream(no drizzle, please), as well as a venti cup of ice. The lady behind me in line was holding a cute, scruffy dog. I noticed people get a bit nervous about the dog in Starbucks, which, you know– has to follow health codes, like any other place. I have seen many restaurants, coffee shops, and other establishments flip out about dogs. The barista here very quietly asked the woman if her dog was a service dog; I’m sure I was not meant to hear it, but I did. I awaited a potential altercation, and thank goodness, it did not occur. The woman quickly, nonchalantly, answered that the dog was a service dog. She was never asked to leave; she wasn’t approached rudely. I am not a big fan of dogs, but I always keep an eye out for customer service. Thank you, Starbucks, for maintaining privacy and abiding by the ADA.

Starbucks at the Galleria is pretty average. I’ve used it as a tranquil place to study cause of the limited distractions. On a humorous note if you are sitting at the window, you are directly facing the gypies who sell the miracle face/hand creams. It’s pretty funny watching them chasing mall patrons down to rub lotion on their hands.

I had such a wonderful experience here last night. A and I always order a cappuccino when we come to Starbucks, it’s our thing, we split a tall cappuccino. Me being a coffee lover, I order a tall wet cappuccino, this was the first time the barista has made me a proper wet cappuccino. Bravo. We also decided to order two cake pops, they looked so fun. We ordered the pink one and the chocolate one. I think the pink one was strawberry or birthday cake. Anyway, it was delicious. I went to bite into my chocolate cake pop and bam, half of it lands on the ground *sad face.* I was seriously distraught. I said oh well, and decided at that moment it would just have to wait until next time and was not meant to be. Then, I go to pick up my cappuccino, and the barista hands me a bag and says«i heard you dropped your cake pop…» omg starbucks is giving me a free cake pop!?! best night ever. they really are delicious. most and creamy and perfect. and did i mention they’re 2/$ 2.50, that’s a real bargain right there.
