Very nice, professional, patient person there! And I changed my plan from verizon to tmobile, and they paid the early termination fee for me. It took about three hours to get the whole thing done, and I really appreciate his help!

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The store is tidy and welcoming as well. Adam O. helped me migrate my existing AT&T number and iphone 3GS contacts swiftly to my new Motorola(bought outright on Amazon so I could go with out a contract) on Tmobile. The process was painless and I felt in capable hands.

Run-of-the-mill cell phone store. Staff is fine. What I like the most is that they don’t pressure you to buy a phone.

Do you have anything planned for today? Then you should probably put off your visit to this T-Mobile, because it’s going to take a while. Everyone here is extremely friendly and helpful, but man, everything takes SOLONG. The nice thing here is, this is a huge store, so you’re never going to feel cramped. You’ll have plenty of time to check out all the phones without feeling like you have to dodge customers the whole time. The majority of what there is left to say about this location is the same as any other official T-Mobile location(not necessarily the secondary sellers, who are pretty varied). Same selection of phones and accessories, same plans, etc. You won’t find a lot of variety, though given all of that, this is one of the nicest locations around. If you want someone who can really speak knowledgeably about the phones, or do a detailed breakdown of your plan to help you find the best options, or give you advice on how best to use what you already have, the people at this location will do all of that, and do it well. They’ll just take a while to get to you. Maybe it’s because they’re so helpful, or maybe it’s because the whole T-Mobile system is just slow, I don’t know. But I’ve very rarely gone in and out quickly when I actually had to deal with a Customer Service person. If you have anything difficult to do, it’ll be worth your time to come here, but if you just need to purchase a screen protector, you’re probably going to wait.

Great customer experience! Very helpful, friendly and patient lady who assisted me. My son had lost his pre-paid phone with still appr. $ 70 worth of minutes on it. Minutes were all transfered, he kept the same#, lost phone disabled, all I paid for was a new phone $ 15. KUDOS!!!
