I’ve seen this place on my way to work for some time now and finally gave it a shot this past weekend. It did not disappoint! I had three tacos — pork, chicken and steak — and they were all delicious. The guacamole was good as well. My husband and I have a new favorite place to pick up a quick dinner on our way home!

Reliably good. Their hot sauce is in my top 5 favorites. Crispy and spicy hot chilaquiles, simple and delicious bean tacos with onion and cilantro. Restaurant is always clean inside but we find this to be our favorite for carry out. I love getting a big bag of foil wrapped tacos home and tearing into it with a cold Corona.

We love street tacos, so came for their tacos Mexicana. They are good but just a little smaller than my husband remembered — he came a little over a year ago. Though small, still tasted good and for $ 10 we each had two tacos & hubby got a drink. Better than fast food!

When the Chicago Airport had some cancellations due to a fire at air traffic, we drove to Indianapolis to catch a trip out. Familiar with the area because of business occasionally in the area, we stopped here before the drive home, as it’s just a short hop south of the airport and we’d heard about it from a friend. The burrito Suisa was excellent, the food fresh and hot and I loved that you could get a good authentic taco with the cilantro and onions as a side. The staff was friendly and the place was very clean, including the bathroom which was spotless. I’m going to have to find an excuse to come back.

Decent food, a tad pricey. Based upon only one visit. The standard Steak Burrito Dinner to-go. An order and Mexican joint should nail. The burrito was big, but by no means giant. The steak was kinda bland and there was no shortage of lettuce. The rice and beans that nade up the«dinner» portion of the meal were passable. The beans, tasted good, but with only a bit on cheese on top. The rice was absolutely bland, but what do you expect from rice. For $ 8.50 I would have liked something more/better. The place was clean, serivce quick, and workers friendly, buts thats all secondary to the food in my opinion.

I like this place because it is convenient to where I live now. I would rather have Burrito Joint(cheaper and better) if it was closer! I got the fajita burrito with avocado added. The chicken in it was good quality but the shrimp was kind of tough and rubbery. Not intolerable but not great either. The salsa that they bring out to you was a bit too spicy for me but it was tasty. I opted to have refried beans instead of rice — and they are very stingy with the cheese they put over top the beans. My boyfriend got the Suizo burrito which was really good and I was jealous it had queso and another sauce on top of it! Mine was quite dry. The burritos are huge, so there is no argument there. He also got a steak taco on the side. The steak was dry and pretty bland. The chicken or pork taco with cilantro and onions looked better(which I saw someone else order). I considered getting a side of queso or guacamole as an appetizer but the prices for those were outrageous. I think a large order of gauc was around 7 – 8 dollars! I would try it again but I would stick to just the chicken items.

If you are looking for authentic Mexican fare then these are not the droids you are looking for. If, however, you are looking for a cheap, sanitary, American substitute then give Burrito’s Home a gander. I had an average pork taco with canned verde, average refried beans, and a coke for $ 5.94 with tax. The best I can say is that I am no longer hungry.

One of my favorite spots for Mexican anywhere in Indy! I lived in TX for 3 years and this spot would fit right in. This place is exceptionally clean, staff is friendly. Service is always fast. As a HUGE bonus, they fry up the chips for nachos fresh! Meaning they actually cut up tortillas and make them right there. Awesome. They also have authentic Mexican dishes like chilaquiles… but the requisite ground beef and yellow cheese clamored for by the ‘Merican palette. Highly recommend to people that love supporting families working hard to make a business.

As for the décor there’s really nothing to see here. Orange walls and generic Mexican paintings. And the place is tiny. There are maybe a dozen tables inside. But it’s spotless. The food is a real treat. It’s a family-run business in an area of town dominated by crappy chains. The fine food all comes out fresh from the kitchen. The sauces(green and red) are brought to you in squeeze bottles, but don’t let that fool you. They are homemade and bring some heat! Also, they have horchata! I go to Heartland Crossing at least twice a month and this will be my go-to place for a quick meal from now on!(They also have breakfast)

So pleased with this place! In a generic stripmall with a generic name, I was not sure what to expect. The food here is GREAT! You order at the counter and the food is delivered to your table. The queso dip is your run of the mill white cheese with peppers, but it was blended well. I wish they would not have put it in such a shallow bowl, as it turned cold very fast. However, they were happy to reheat it for me. The homemade sauces they provided packed a punch. Hubby and I disagree whether the red or green was the hottest, but we loved them both. I ordered the green enchiladas and they were delicious. A little on the small side, but with rice and beans, there was plenty of food. Can’t wait to come back and try some of the chorizo breakfast entrees. So why only the three stars? I felt the food was a bit overpriced for a place where you order at a counter and there is no waiter service. But I absolutely would go back.

Their tacos are amazing and it’s nice to have a place like this on the South side of Indy to make sure I get my authentic taco fix as needed. :) Their Spicy Pork Tacos are great and I just tried their Green Enchiladas last week. They are awesome!!!

Yes I know I have had GOOD Mexican food and I may be spoiled because I am from San Diego. But it is fair to expect seasoned meat anywhere that serves meat… right? The Great: Tis place is clean! The Good: The wait for your food is less than ten minutes(good sign? bad sign?) The Bad: The beef was unseasoned(not even salt) The Ugly: The raw crunchy veggies in my fajita burrito Although the food was sub par, the worst part was about the experience was the young guy that couldn’t be bothered to stand up from his stool to take our order. That and he also couldn’t be bothered to look away from whatever football highlights were playing on the big screen. As I watched he also dined and texted from his throne behind that register. Really? go to Taco Bell, spend less money get the same quality of service and food.

Ok Taco lovers here is the place to be! This place has got authentic tacos, by that I mean two thin soft corn tortillas with meat, onions and cilantro. I have been looking for a place like this since I left south Florida. The service is great the food fresh and the prices are good(1.95 a taco). I know it’s a little out of the way but worth the trip. I’ll try the tamales tomarrow and see how they are.
