Although it is «officially» the Book Case, it seems better known as the«Mystery Book Shop.» At least that’s the way it advertises itself, so don’t walk in and ask if they have any books about JFK. Oh, wait a minute – it turns out they do! Why that happens is indeed a mystery here. Anyway, the stock is 95% mysteries, divided about half half between paper and hardbacks. Pretty good selection, we suppose, but it’s not a very cheery place to browse. We managed only grunts on entering and leaving from the couple who appeared to be in charge. It didn’t feel very welcoming, so we decided to give it only two stars. Maybe you’ll have better luck.
