Mattress Warehouse

My wife and I went there after first going to Johnny Janosic (sp?) in Dover. JJ was unwilling to move on price. We stopped at Mattress Warehouse next. The woman who waited on us was knowledgeable and friendly. We were shown to a device (basically, a bed with built-​in pressure sensors linked to a computer with specialized software). It tested what firmness of mattress would be most comfortable for us and compiled a list of all the models they had that matched those parameters. We selected one in our price range and the sales rep was flexible on final price and terms (which any mattress seller should be.) The industry is known for having an ample profit margin, partly to leave room for sales and other negotiating discounts. The store did everything promised and the sales rep called promptly after our scheduled delivery time to make sure everything had unfolded as expected. We have had the mattress and box spring for about two months. We are very pleased with the purchase and are getting better sleep then ever. I was skeptical about the matching device, but in our case, it seemed to work very well. The sales experience was pleasant and I believe we received good value for the money we spent.

My Wife and I recently purchased a Tempur-​Pedic mattress and frame from this store. We initially went to Sleepy’s that was about a quarter mile to the north, we were very displeased with Sleepy’s. Sleepy’s would not budge on the advertised price and assured us we would not find a better price anywhere. Mattress Warehouse was able to beat Sleepy’s by about 10%, and was very friendly and helpful, no pressure to purchase until we were ready. Delivery and setup happened just a few days later.

Customer service was great and the sales manager was very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help my mom find the right matress and I will go back to the Camden location when I buy a matress for myself. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and assistance.

Horrible horrible customer service. Woman who claimed to be manager had no idea what mattress selections were available. FYI «there are 2 sided mattresses» and stay far away from this location.
The store in Dover is much better, limited selection but excellent customer service.
