We came here based on Unilocal reviews. I honestly don’t know if I would have noticed it if it weren’t for that. It’s tucked away on a little side alley on the harbor. It was a gorgeous day so we decided to sit outside. The menu is short, only a few salads and around six pizzas. If you are a picky eater you may have difficulties unless you ask to have some items taken off your pizza. The wine list is also short and I opted for a Toscano Bianco I had never heard of. I really enjoyed it though. There are also a handful of draft beer options. We started with the Caesar salad. It was very heavily dressed but absolutely delicious. My husband commented he could have eaten a few more bowls. For a pizza we chose a basic pepperoni. It was a thinner crust with a tangy sauce and really quite good. I’m glad Unilocal steered us in this direction. If you are looking for pizza in Camden, this is a good stop.

Great place, great pizza. Highly recommend sitting in front of the fire and talking with the chefs. Couldn’t have been nicer and more talented at what they do.

We came here on a saturday night for a late dinner since there was one of the few places open at that time and it has been a great experience. They were very accommodating about our requests and the pizza was delicious. The crust was thin and flavors were very original. The waitresses were very nice and helpful. It has become our favourite place in Camden!

Felt like I was in Italy. Perfectly cooked wood fired pizza(we had the amazing mushroom) and deelish chianti by carafe. Probably should have made reservations on the 4th of July but was seated immediately. Great music too: Neil Young and Crosby Stills Nash. It is loud, FYI.

Thanks, Unilocal, for helping us find this gem. Had a seat at the pizza counter so watched the guys work like crazy and take time to chat with us. Pizza was delicious. Located by the waterfront and not to be missed.

Had mixed feelings about this place. However, since I left full, generally happy and with some leftovers(which were very good the next day cold) I had to give it 4-stars. The menu is good, unique but at times too adventurous. The traditional foods(and toppings) are great — but they get a bit too crazy on certain mix of unique items on the various pizzas. Staff was attentive, but some of their english was spotty… which made discussing their unique menu very difficult. Good selection of beers.

What a find. I really love pizza and never expected to find a place this good in Maine. The vibe is definitely minimalist(pizzas are served on upside down baking sheets), but it totally works. Some interesting toppings including chili crab, clams, chicken meatballs, and our favorite, fresh sweet and spicy jalapenos brined in sugar. Worth mentioning is that it’s a very small menu. Two salads and six pizzas plus a handful of(pizza) specials. However, if you are in the mood for pizza and anywhere nearby, you will not be disappointed. Great service too, though nothing fancy. At $ 15ish/pizza(that feeds two), it’s also the best value in town. FYI, it’s cash or check(huh?) only. If I wasn’t so enamored by the rest of the experience that would have annoyed me.

A late lunch, cool on the patio near the harbor, sharing two excellent pizzas with a pitcher of Pacifico! Must be back often!

Tucked away, visited on a wicked-foggy night, Seabright is a real find. The pizza combinations are truly inventive and totally delicious. Pistachio pesto? Lemon crème? Amazing. The crust is yeasty, chewy, bubbled up and tasting of a wood oven, just as it should be. Followed by one of the beat desserts I’ve had in recent memory: chocolate mousse with sea salt and olive oil on toast. Sounded too good to pass up and was a lovely combo of flavors and textures. Excellent, friendly service. Highly recommend.

Every year we travel to Camden, and over the years we’ve compiled a list of our favorite places. Seabright is going on top of that list. We love pizza but finding really good pizza is hard. Not so with Seabright. The crust is crispy on the bottom with just the right amount of body, shaped into an oblong and served on an upside-down cookie sheet. The menu is small, with a handful of salads and pizzas, but each one is unique and there was something for everyone. Mine featured mushrooms, while my wife had arugula and our sister prosciutto and fig. Different veggies, sauces, and cheeses for each pizza perfectly complement the main event. The specials menu had another half-dozen choices, and for those who must you can choose extra ingredients. But these pizzas have been well thought out and the flavors are just perfect. The beer and wine selection is solid and has the menu in mind. Service was friendly and the food came fast… it felt like it took longer to actually select a pizza than it did for them to create it and cook in their wood-fired oven. Prices were good… many would choose to overcharge for food this good. This is a great place and we will be back!
