Swan House

I stayed at the Swan House Inn last week with my boyfriend for a night. We were preparing for a 3-​day kayaking trip we had planned with Maine Sport and needed a place to stay. I looked into many b&bs in the area and found this one on
. We stayed in the Black Swan room which far exceeded my expectations. The room was super cute and quaint and was separated from the main house so we had great privacy. I’m a stickler for clean and this place was definitely up to par. Lynn, the owner was extremely welcoming and warm. She offered us tea and baked goods (obviously a win) upon our arrival and prepared us an amazing breakfast of baked eggs with cheddar and spinach, which served us well for our kayak that day. No matter what age, this place is a great find, super close to town, affordable and clean accommodations. Five stars!
