Friendly place with good coffee and tea selections. I worked from here for two days while my wife was at PopTech and they were extremely welcoming with quality wifi. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Really good coffee, amazingly sweet owner, free wifi in a warm cozy environment. Our first time here and will definitely return! Oh, and the gluten free cran muffin was to die for!

This place was fantastic! My family has specific tastes – not everyone likes coffee, some like their drinks sweeter, etc. Zoot has something for everyone. The serious coffee drinkers liked the coffee, I loved their hot chocolate, and my mother(who hates coffee and thought their chocolate was too bitter), loved the steamed milk options. The white chocolate mocha was also a favorite. Everything was so good, we kept finding reasons to go back during the week we were in Camden. I wish we had one in NYC!

BEST. PLACE. EVER. I go to zoot at least once a week. I have not been disopointed once. The options are GF and vegan. The service is great. The owners are very friendly, and very kind. The food and drinks are excellent, and ll homemade by the owners. The service will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. Great place, A+!!!

We Brooklynites can be pretty snobby about our culinary opinions due to the proximity of great food and coffee and YET ! Zoot makes a better macchiato than any coffee bar in our city neighborhoods. And the Iced Café Forte — Oh My ! A delicious swirling glassful of icy goodness Not living near Zoot is a deprivation… I miss it even more than lobster !

When I’m in Camden, and I’m in Camden a lot, I go to Zoot for my Americano. It’s probably the best Americano I’ve had in the states. My favorite has to be their iced Americano in the summer, takes me back to high school. Anyhoo their espresso is fantastic quality and their prices don’t gouge your pockets too bad(despite what some folks are saying on here…). At times I’ve thought they were a little rude and passive aggressive BUT I’ll say it again, best Americano. They don’t have a huge selection for breakfast, however they do offer quiche sometimes and baked goods. They have a toast option with fancy spreads which runs a little steep(4.95 I believe) but it is good. not sure if it’s $ 5 worth of good, but that depends on how much you value good toast. Definitely come here for a cup of coffee and if you’re hungry they have something to nibble on. If you’re looking for a sit down meal with a group this probably isn’t the best bet. Good for meetings, free wi-fi if you’re doing work and if you’re just looking to spend some alone time with a good book. They prefer cash and I believe the card minimum is $ 5.00. If you’re feeling like cheating on your diet, get the Mocha Bianca!

While on vacation in Camden, visited several times. First off no prices listed. That is disturbing. Had an amazing café aulait the first day. Next day totally different experience probably because had a different barista. Ordered the brown rice gluten free muffin because it was so heavily endorsed by the barista. One bite in and blech! it was so hard and dry and just crumbled all over the table. Line was out the door and I actually waited in it to return the sorry excuse for a muffin. When I handed it over to the barista and told her my opinion and that I wanted my money back, this is what she said, «well you know gluten free baked goods use different ingreds and that you should not expect better», well then don’t endorse the darn thing in the first place or better yet just hand over my money with out a snarky comment. Makes it hard to want to ever go back there again!

Yes, amazing Cappuccino — it was so good I almost forgot that I bumped into one of my all-time favourite musicians, Ray LaMontagne, who just so happened to be having a Capp here, too! The Scottish owner/barista is a friendly ‘loon’, as we say, with great customer service and an obvious talent for knowing how to make a good coffee. I don’t live nearby but I’ll be stopping in here any time I pass by for sure! Cheers.

Very good iced tea, service was relatively quick. I took my drink to go, but it seemed like a cool place to hang out.

Coffee was great. I had an iced café forte and it definitely got me going. There were two 4 year old children there that felt the need to comment on my red beard which automatically sent me back to grade school where I was picked on for the same reason. I tried to ignore them, but they pushed me pretty hard. Coffee was great though.

Best espresso in town, rich, syrupy and smooth but not bitter. The café mocha is very good too. The food is very vegan/glucose free, etc. and some recipes don’t always work. The blueberry/ginger/poppy seed muffin today was very good.

This place has no prices posted nor do they have a printed menu with prices. The employee had to punch each item into the cash register to determine the price. In most of the US this would be against the law but I assume its OK here in Camden. The coffee was fine but the lack of pricing made me think fondly of Starbucks and that is something that rarely happens.

Latte is «milk» in Italian, and the barista must have been from Milan because when I got a latte I got a glass of milk tinged with coffee. Maybe it’s the Maine take on a machiatto… Speaking of machiattos, it was very sour. We made the mistake of coming back the next day to try americanos, and asked«for here» but got to go cups. We then asked for some glass cups to pour it into(it was hot to hold through the paper) and the glass cups actually smelled like soap. The coffee itself wasn’t that great either.

It’s the best coffee you’ll find in Camden, but a bit on the pricey side. Definitely got the hipster thing going on. They have internet that is relatively speedy for Maine. I will go back if I ever find myself in Camden again.

Some of the best espresso I have had, smooth and full, but not bitter. The owner keeps the source a secret and I understand why.

I had to wait 20 minutes for my coffee to cool to the point of only minorly burning my mouth. Speaking of burned, the soy milk in my latte was burned. Fried. Set upon a funeral pyre and sent off from a glorious death to Valhalla. It tasted like ashes and vanilla syrup.

Awesome coffee shop. If u like star**cks u might have forgotten what a real coffee shop is like. The proprietors are delightful, the coffee properly roasted and delicious and the wifi is fast and free. In short, it is the quintessential local coffee shop and in the age of the uniformly mediocre chain behemoth I celebrate it.
