This place is dirty and disgusting. Food is always old and never has anything fresh. I like KFC food once in a while but I will not be going to this one anytime soon. I gave it 2 stars for the employees who try there best when is obivous that the owners don’t care

Worst KFC ever, 9 ½ times out of ten this place can not or will not fill my order. I always order the same thing from KFC, extra crispy wings, usually comes with a biscuit. They are always out of them, then this morning I was informed they don’t sell extra crispy wings (only been ordering that for 10+ years) I don’t relished being lied to. It never fails, I head up to Placerville or Folsom KFC’s and they always have exactly what I want. This franchise really needs to be revoked because it is awful.

We were here at 9.55pm, taliee was extremely friendly and helpful. Although I ordered a fill up box and he forgot to hand it to me in the end… but it’s minor. he is definitely the most enthusiastic kfc employee I met!

I try avoiding this place as much as I can but its the only chicken place near my house to go to when craving fried chicken. Grew up loving kfc, popeyes, churches chicken, etc. My experiences here are meteorite. Always something missing when I order more than a bucket. Last visit they forgot my drink macroni and cheese, wedges. I was handed a bag quickly then worker rushed back turning around to walk about rather than asking if I had any concerns being I didnt move out of the drive through. I had to wave my hand to get attention. Never apologized for forgetting. This kfc is kind of a let down to and gives a bad name to kfc.

Workers are enthusiastic and friendly. I think a change in management has turned this place around. The food is good. Comparable to other KFC locations.

I wish I had read these reviews before I decided to go there tonight. I ordered 2 of their $ 5 specials that was to be a Thigh and a Leg-​Mashed Potatoes-​gravy-​a roll-​a drink and a chocolate chip cookie. I told the clerk that I didn’t want the drinks but everything else was OK. You better check your order out before you leave because he forgot the mashed potatoes on both orders but we had 2 cups of gravy instead. These employees are to busy BSing with each other with no customers in the place to wait on. This place is horrible and I don’t know how they stay in business. I won’t be back.

I came in about a month ago during the nfl playoffs on a Sunday to order some food. I got a $ 5 fill up and another chicken breast combo with some sides. Everything was pretty good but what really impressed me was the service I received from Zach. After informing I don’t usually eat at KFC he was very helpful and informative on the menu. He had a great attitude and truly exemplified what customer service is about. Give that man a raise! (Or promotion)!

I was about to go «Okay, this place isn’t as bad as the reviews, I’ve worked fast food so I have perspective.»
Silly me. The food isn’t bad if you don’t mind salty grease chicken, it’s just not clean, not prepared, and the WiFi is censored. I don’t mind KFC, I just don’t particularly like this one.
EDIT: In the interest of fairness, my dad ordered something that they didn’t have at the moment, so they gave him a substitute and extra food. One extra star, and another for them giving out a free soda to someone who was waiting for an order.
Still dirty floors and tables.

7.09 for a 2 piece meal, all white meat what did I get, wait for it 2 wings, yep they always have been on the shady side but this is ridiculous. Sometimes in a small town franchisees cut corners to expand their pocketbook. Just say No!

It’s been a long time since we ate at KFC. My memories of long ago were great. The food was tasty and it seemed that the chicken was much bigger. Today we went in and bought a two piece grilled breast meal. It was dried and small and I couldn’t even finish it. I think it must have been sitting under the warmer most of the day. The only good thing to say is that the cole slaw was great.

I’m going to keep the 1 star streak going ! Now I’m not a big fan of KFC but we were picking up some food for a friend. I’m going to concur with my fellow Unilocalers about the service here. It seems customer service is not a priority here. The place was not busy and our order was not complicated, but yet it took over 15 minutes to get our order. You would think management would see these reviews and make some changes, but alas, it seems you’ll just have to deal with bad service if you really must have KFC in Cameron Park.

I can’t give less than 1 star.
I want to point out that this place deserves 5 NEGATIVE stars.
Let’s start with the drive-​thru. Slow as F. No one else is there but us. One car. I ordered 2 snackers. They were served on different buns and different sizes. (Insert baffled look here). Chicken strips… was it chicken? Did it start out as a strip? Who knows!
THIS IS THE WORST KFC I’VE EVER BEEN TO. I don’t know how it’s still operating.

Terrible service at this place, the drive-​thru is a lost cause. In addition to being extremely slow at processing orders during my visit today (15+ mins in the drive-​thru waiting on 2 orders in front of me) the staff manning the window was surly when I pointed out the «Our goal is to serve you in 60 seconds» sign on the window. In addition, when ordering chicken strips I expect to be offered sauce, not have to ask for it every time without being prompted. Too bad this is the closest KFC to my house, I won’t be eating here again.

I have NEVER gotten good service at this location. After a 2+ year boycott, I decided to give it another try. Unsurprisingly, it took at least 30 minutes for the 2 cars ahead of me in the drive-​thru to be served. Furthermore, when I finally got to the window, they employees were unsure of which order was mine. And, to top it all off, as I was driving away, frustrated again, I realized that I didn’t receive my drink that I had ordered. Believe me when I say the boycott is back on indefinitely!
