Bought new Samsung washer and dryer. Easy pick up. Great customer service. Very convenient location. Surprised at the previous poor reviews. As a Cameron Park resident I recommend this store!

We stopped in on the way home from other shopping down in Folsom, looking for a freezer. Rich greeted us promptly and was attentive to our needs, and remarked that there was an on-sale freezer that was not on the floor but in the Sale-Ad, which was ending that day — a sale of which we were unaware. He got us the sale price and set up a delivery date which was convenient and a discounted delivery price, and made the whole transaction easy, using my SEARS card that I had left at home. We felt appreciated and well responded-to.

I have tried to purchase appliances from this store. They gave me a date the item would be delivered just for them to change the date on the day of delivery. The first item I purchased was a refrigerator. The said the item would be delivered from 12:00 to 4:30 on a Thursday with a 30 minute advance call to their arrival. When I called at 4:00 that day I was told I had call and changed the delivery date to which I was shocked. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he would call me right back. When that did not happen I drove down to the store and heard the girl I was talking to explaining it to the owner who informed her there was no way he could deliver it today and she would have to call me and let me know. I then introduced myself and he then back tracked what he was saying and had a sales rep and another guy deliver the fridge after hours. The fridge worked for 2 weeks. Sears was called about the fridge and they gave us a loaner after 4 days. I went back to get the extended warranty I needed a washer and dryer as well, and I unfortunately gave them another shot . The set I was told was to be delivered on a Thursday. I was call on the Tuesday before and informed me the set would not be delivered until Monday. That Monday I was called by Sears again and it was postponed until Tuesday. I called them and was told that they were delivering on the other side of the county and had no way of delivering it. I let them know I wanted my order canceled. I am not sure how they stay in business but it is not through organization and prompt delivery.

Yikes. Customer service really needs improvement. First impressions are everything and bad customer service will practically guarantee a no return. Walked in and the guy(worker) was on the phone answering questions. We walk around, 20 minutes later, we get to the register. He was on the phone for 10 minutes before telling us he’d help us! Lame. He even told the customer on the phone to hold on while he ran to the back for something. We were in front of him all this time. Five minutes pass, he gets off the phone after telling the caller he’s call them back. Wow. We only had 2 things! Horrible, just horrible. Not returning. It’s disappointing, really.
