We have used Sign & Banner Express for years going back to the previous owner years ago. Elaine and the rest of the family run operation are the best. We have never had a product problem. I’m so disappointed to see the poor review and I’m very surprised the lady was unable to get resolution. I tried a Folsom franchised operation due to location and was totally disappointed.
S&BE is the best.

Disappointed in a purchase of name badge. On the second day I wore it the name badge fell off from the magnet. Luckily that time I was in the office. Unfortunately the next day I was out of the office and did not notice so all I had left was the magnet… I emailed them twice to find out what they were willing to do and did not even receive a response. Pretty lousy customer service.
