Hey guys thanks a-bunch for sending me on an unnecessary 50 minute round trip to another store! I bought my shirt at another location expecting it to arrive with the rest of the attire. When I showed up and the shirt was still at the other location, oops what can we do so sorry no shirt for you!!! Out of the entire inventory of that shirt at that store they could not sacrifice ONE to make it right for a customer. After my departure for my journey, the rest of the wedding party arrived and a spirited debate took place. Then the skies parted and the staff actually took the time to look and FOUNDALLTHESHIRTS. Can’t say the staff was outright unfriendly, but I definitely was not happy with the level of customer service and did not feel valued as a customer ATALL. Is it better to lose one shirt in inventory or 4 customers for life who will most likely be sh*tting on the name«Mens Wearhouse» if they ever hear someone utter the words, especially in reference to this store? Riddle me that.

We rented a tux for my son’s senior prom. We chose a gray tux at the strong suggestion of the sales person we worked with who mentioned how well it would compliment his date’s dress. My son went by himself to do the final fitting and pick up the tux. When he returned home I asked him if we needed to try it on or anything and he responded that the sales person had already had him try it on and was told«everything was great.» At the time of the fitting my son expressed concern that the tux was a bit tight, but the sales person assured him that he had looked at the sales order and it was in fact the right tux. Fast forward a few days, to prom night. My son puts on the tux and it was the wrong color. It was black. I called Men’s Warehouse and was told«there might be a tux in the back that my son could wear.» There was no time for that so my son wore the tux. The first thing his date said to him was«that’s the wrong tux.» After many phone calls to both the store and the national customer service center, the best they could offer for this mixup was a $ 25 refund. They took no responsibility for the mistake, saying my 18-yr-old son with no formal wear experience(and having tried on a black tux at the initial fitting) should have recognized the mistake. I responded that the sales agent who did the final fitting whose job is formal wear didn’t even notice the mistake. Poor customer service all around. There are other choices for tux rentals in the Mechanicsburg area and I would recommend trying anywhere other than The Men’s Wearhouse at the Camp Hill Mall.

We had a great experience at this store. It was a breath of fresh air to receive competent, down-to-earth service without the stuffy attitudes I’ve seen at other menswear stores in the area. This store has a young, hip vibe to it. In particular, Ryan Wixon knows his stuff. He set us up with exactly what we needed within our budget and time frame. I’ve crossed the other menswear stores — which have similar prices for lower-quality suits — off our list. Very pleasantly surprised.
