Attention Panda Express corporate, your partnership with Giant has gone unchecked for too long. Giant employees are consistently serving lukewarm dishes. The plates are often greasy and the rice is sometimes burnt. I’ve yet to be pleasantly surprised by the food here. What should be an oasis instead is just another example of disappointing Harrisburg Chinese food. Please fix this and send your best iron chef! Or yen! Or Jackie chan!

I don’t know what the negative reviews are for. It is affordable and quick Chinese food and one of the only places I can find to get orange chicken which is the only reason I go. I usually get the 2 entrees and 1 side and get 2 orders of the orange chicken and white rice. I also get sweet and sour sauce to pour on my rice once I am done with the chicken. It is always a decent place to get food and the only bad thing I have to say is that there isn’t anymore panda expresses except for this one

Every time I come here, I leave disappointed. The food is certainly edible, but it isn’t tasty in any way, shape, or form. I’ve had good food at Panda Expresses before, but this location consistently seems sub par for the chain.

This is a chain so the food taste like any other Panda Express. This is my third time coming here. I always get the Panda Bowl. They always fill 95% of the bowl with rice and give you 5 pieces of chicken. Never again. Go somewhere else.

Fried rice was very bland. Orange chicken was ok… does not come with anything else, such as broccoli etc. Got side of vegetable chow mein but I swear it was lo mein as it did not resemble chow mein in any shape or form. Just ok… Service was friendly. Certainly not Gourmet Chinese as they advertise.
