Very pleased with my nails. My sister referred me to this place after my nail tech at a different salon left to go back to his country. It’s always scary trying a new nail tech. But I am extremely pleased with my nails. The nail tech picked out my color since I was so undecided. I’m very picky on my acrylic and the shaping of my nails and he perfected it. I will definitely be going back to him. Also everyone in this salon is super friendly and they speak very great English.

I do not think I will be coming back here. If you are giving service to individuals who speak English you should be able to speak English. I had a hard time communicating with the workers. The man did my acrylic nails and didn’t do a great job. The nail polish is too light and seems watered down. I got 3 coats done and the color was still uneven. I also asked for the coffin shaped nail and said it was 5 $ extra but they aren’t neat as they should be. I had to TELL him to fix some of my nails because had some material left behind on them. My nails also got messed up 10 minutes after I left the salon! My nails look decent but for the price I could have spent an extra $ 10 and went somewhere else. I would not recommend this salon. Save your money and go elsewhere. Paul nail salon is much better!

This is a great nail salon located in Camp Springs Maryland. They really put in the time and care to get your nails the way you wanted them to be. I had excellent spa gel manicure and pedicure services by the younger Vietnamese lady. Lavan Nails & Spa have great prices and services. Lavan Nails & Spa is an upscale nail salon compared to other nails located in the same area. I am able to relax and enjoy the service. I have struggled for many years to find a professional and clean nail salon that would give me the quality I want to see on my nails.

I recently moved into the Tribeca apartment building and was excited that there was a nail salon downstairs. Since I just moved to the area I can appreciate being able to walk down and get a quick manicure without any hassle of driving around looking for a decent place. One of the employees told me that they just opened up in February so they still have a few details to work out. Like most woman who have been getting mani/pedi’s for years, I am a bit nit-picky about the whole process. The staff is very friendly and the salon is very clean. My only complaints were: 1. I received a pedicure from one of the male technicians. He started cutting my toenails down without asking if I would like that or not.(I keep them a bit longer in the summer since I’m wearing sandals) 2. Both times I have gone I didn’t feel like my feel were scrubbed thoroughly enough. I left feeling like I needed to use my pumice stone in the shower later. 3. I got Shellac nail polish and for the first time ever, it peeled off 9 days later when it normally would last close to 3 weeks. When he was painting them he was not using enough polish and I could see streaks in it. He reassured me he would do a couple of more coats so the polish would even out. I believe this is what may have caused it to become too thick and«peel» too early. I really want to love this salon and hope they continue to grow.
