Tribeca at Camp Springs

As a recent retiree I was looking to downsize from a multi-​level house to a single-​level, well maintained and secure condo. I found everything I was searching for at Tribeca at Camp Springs and more.
I visited the Tribeca a few times prior to making a decision to submit an application, and upon each visit I found the front office staff (Trevor, Pam, Jamie and others) to be more than courteous, patient and professional. In fact, my interactions with them attributed to my decision to move to Tribeca. Now that I’m a resident I’m happy to report that the courtesy and professionalism I found in the front office staff has not only continued but can also be found in the members of the maintenance and security staff as well.
My move to Tribeca was smooth and just about effortless thanks to Trevor. From taking the time to thoroughly respond to my many phone calls requesting info about the property and clarification on the nuances of the application process, to reserving the freight elevator and alerting the Security Staff of the date of my move Trevor was there. And he and the others in the front office continue to be kind and accommodating to me as I become acclimated to life at Tribeca.
As far as the facility is concerned, the units are spacious, well-​appointed and virtually sound-​proof, and the onsite security, amenities (gym, club room, etc), and access to Metro and the Beltway make life at Tribeca a breeze.
Bottom line: I’m very happy I made the decision to become a resident at Tribeca.

Lived here for over a year and loved it. The only reason they don’t get the 5^th star is because this place is a damn MAZE ! I’ve had several guests get lost and end up by the playground locked outside. Also, there’s only 1 elevator that allows you to buzz someone up and not have to physically walk down to the access door to meet them. Other than those issues, your guests will feel more than you, this place is amazing! Grills on the balcony would be a plus but I basically grilled every weekend in the Summertime and never had an issue using the grill. Maintenance is very responsive. I tried to buy here but got outbid. If I didn’t buy elsewhere I would probably still be enjoying my short walks to the metro and assigned parking spot.

I recently moved in and love the community. The property is quiet, walking distance to the green line metro and finger tips from the beltway.

Although I didn’t get a chance to view the property as I was in a whole different state awaiting my orders, Jamie worked with me throughout the whole process including me on the everything from the start such as application fees, which I didn’t have to pay, to moving in which took a bit longer than expected because the time I slotted for use of the elevator went against DC traffic. Her customer service is extraordinary and I have a bias for her due to the outstanding help she offered me throughout my transition.
As far as the complex goes, I have my own parking in a secure garage, a secure building with an alarm system that notifies me if a window is being opened or my door. Can’t beat that. The layout for my apartment is beautiful, the bathrooms are spacious, rooms welcoming and the kitchen is a chefs dream. I recommend these apartments for all but especially families and military. You will not regret it. Did I mention how it almost seems like the apartments are soundproof? I swear I feel like I’m the only person on the floor. Apartment living? Ha, this is tops!

I’ve been living at Tribeca for 2 years now and my experience has been excellent. Everyone has been so helpful from the leasing consultants all the way to the janitorial staff. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and secure (thank goodness). Mr. Trevor Carter has been nothing but amazing helping with the renewal of my lease as well as any problems that I had while at the property. He’s very responsive and ensures he understands the issue/​complaint to get it to the right department or if possible he fixes it on the spot. This guy is a great addition to the already stellar performers at Tribeca. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet, up to date, modern, respectful, secure and reasonable place to call home? I would recommend Tribeca at Camp Springs, make sure you request Trevor. He’ll make the process as smooth as possible.

I am a first year residence of Tribeca at Camp Springs and I must say when I first moved in I heard of the breakins and vandalism i became alarmed, however once i thought about it, i did not think it would be fair to give Tribeca a negative review based on an uncontrollable event performed by an outside force violating the law. So instead, I am basing my review solely on my experience of Tribeca as a residence. However Tribeca have a full time security staff on site to deal with such violations. now on with the review; My wife and I moved in the Modified 5B model and upon my arrival here I immediately felt as though I was in a Luxury Apartment, which proved to be correct. Granite, Stanless steel appliances, Crown Molding, Gas Burning stoves and plenty of Natural light was all that I could ask for. The apartment carpet and the upkeep and cleanliness was way above average, it was outstanding. The space the apartment provided made us feel as though we were in a house not a condo. There is plenty of space for my wife and I and guests. We recently had an event at our home with over 20 participants and no one felt crowded and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Tribeca is not lacking in their amenities with a full workout room including a yoga /​dance space, computer room with printer/​fax/​scanner device and a clubroom that can be rented anytime by the residence. By the way did i mention that the club room is Huge with top luxury kitchen to include full refriderator with water/​icemaker and the same luxury found in the units. There are 2 Flatscreen TVs, one include DVD player and external components. The Lounge is comfortable and relaxing and i fully take advantage of it on a daily basis. They have tipped the scale and have added a Billiards table (Regulation size) to the amenities which gives the space a (Man’s room) feel. Im not done yet, they have a beautiful pool with plenty of space and reclining chairs for just laying out relaxing, Several BBQ stations around the property, Putting Green, Outdoor exercise stations, kiddy parks ETC. The garages are mostly gated and they have reserved parking for visitors. I am not sure what else they can add to make the property better. Tribeca has really set the bar high for surrounding communities. There is one more thing, that is probably the most important in making this community a TOP property, that is, the staff. The Management team here is available to meet each need and they have worked hard to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner. Onsite Maintenance and cleaning staff are here also to ensure the upkeep of the property. So I offer this review based on my unbiased experience. Signed: Happy Residence.

Tribeca is what I call home and the delivery of customer service is implacable. I have mostly everything I need at my door step. I love the amenities such as the wonderful gym for people like me who loves to workout and the nice size outdoor pool for catching that suntan I always wanted. Most important is the complex is very safe and secure, and convenience to metro.

I love living at Tribeca at Camp Springs. The complex is very safe and secure, and very convenience. The building is close to the branch avenue metro and beltway ⁴⁹⁵⁄₉₅. I work in VA, so that is very convenient for me. Access to DC is very close, right down Branch Avenue about a 15 min drive — it don’t get better than that…
When I first moved in — I moved into a two-​bedroom condo. All condos are very spacious and beautiful. The leasing office staff was very helpful with my move-​in, and professional. The maintenance staff has always been efficient with their work and on-​top of their game when it came down to fixing things in the unit. I never had to wait more than a day from the time I submitted my maintenance request.
In recent days, I did a transfer from the two-​bedroom to a one-​bedroom condo, and again the leasing office staff was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable of all transactions. They made my transfer seamless.
So in my experience at Tribeca at Camp Springs — It’s as good as it gets! Again, I love living there and the staff/​Manager are great people to deal with and very professional.

MILITARY MEMBERS BEWARE!!! YOUR CAR/​SAFETY ARE AT RISK!!! For those of you stationed at Andrews AFB, Do not move into this complex unless you want to pay outrageous fees and have your CAR BROKEN INTO as I did my first week here. There are severe security issues in the parking garage here and the complex has done nothing to fix them even after I personally spoke to the property manager. 3 other vehicles were vandalized that same week and 4 MORE were broken into in ONE NIGHT! There are NO CAMERAS to monitor the vehicles parked inside their garage and the 2 low-​quality cameras they do have only monitor the entrance/​exit. I asked the complex to assist in the repair cost by waiving my parking fee for a couple of months and they said it’s not their responsibility to watch your car. I’ve been here for a little over 3 months and already 7 VEHICLES HAVE BEEN VANDALIZED. At what point does it become their responsibility? I asked to break my lease and move out and they wanted to charge me $ 2500+ in additional fees even though I cannot park my own car in my complex because it’s unsafe for myself and my newborn daughter. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
