Let me start by saying this; the front office is THEBESTTTT!!! Mia and Kenny are on top of everything and are always ready to help. Kettler, if you guys are reading this please know that these two represent your company sooooo well! Most of my dealings have been with Kenny and Mia, so no slight what so ever to the rest of the staff but I just don’t know ya like dat! lol :-) I first signed the lease to live at Aspire after finding this place was less than a mile from my job and the worst thing that could happen did. There were delays in construction of the building and I could not move in on the agreed date. My lease at my former apartment was up and I was ready to call and let Aspire feel every emotion I was going through. Before, I could even part my lips Kenny let me know that Kettler would be putting me in a hotel, moving my items in storage, waiving fees, giving me a month for free and giving me a daily per diem! Amazing! NOW, I was thinking«I DONOT want to stay in a dirty and smelly motel!!». Once again, before I could say anything I was told I was going to be at the Gaylord at National Harbor. I was floored at the desire to make a bad situation right and not cut any corners to make me feel like I was making a bad decision to move to Aspire. Kenny and Mia were there every step of the way even when I was getting tired of the hotel and spending so much money at the Harbor. They continued to sweeten the deal and made a potential bad situation for me into a rather pleasant one. Kettler and Aspire Apollo will always be good in my book for how they handled and managed a bad situation. Now, on to currently living in the building: I did see other comments from Miss L about security and I have to agree. It was WAY to easy to access our building. Now you need to scan your fob to get into the garage with a car(you can simply walk around or under the gate to access the garage) and to enter the building and elevators. Miss L is also 100% right a resident was using the gym for personal training hahaha I can’t knock the hustle but you guys can’t take up every single machine in the process lol. Yes there are always unsupervised kids in the party room and theatre room BUT when I was 16 I would’ve loved to live in a building that had the nice things, pool table, foosball, ping bong, shuffle board a bunch of TVs and a theatre room that we do. They live here too, so it’s all good with me. The package system and online request system is genius! I sent a maintenance request on Monday night and I came home Tues after work and they had fixed the sink already. The trash valet comes every night right on time. I recommend this place and I would definitely move to another Kettler Property, no doubt in my mind!

I am really impressed with all the efforts being made to rectify any issues that were concerns. I love coming home!

As a current resident, I’m highly disappointed to put it politely. The promised security is non existent. The parking garage is open to anyone and everyone during the day as well as the evening(prior to 8:00 — 9:00 pm), with unlimited access to vehicles on every level as well as unrestricted access into the building. The doors to each building and floor are not/do not lock as promised thereby exposing every resident and their belongings to possible violence and theft. The building construction is poor within the apartments as well as throughout the building. When you can hear a toddler walking above your head that doesn’t weigh more than 25 – 30 lbs. there’s a problem. The resident screening process has also taken a back seat in an effort to fill empty apartments. Children now running thought in the halls making ridiculous amounts of noise. Children under the age of 16 unsupervised in the gym playing on the equipment. Workout classes being conducted in the gym by residents allowing non residents to use the facility(4 treadmills and 3 elliptical machines and the remainder of the equipment i.e. leg press machine, etc. is 1 of each) are all taken up on a Saturday and even during the evenings. How convenient for this to take place prior to and after the management office is closed. Complaints have been made and go unaddressed. There’s a camera in the gym that doesn’t seem to capture any of this taking place.hhmm. That’s just a few of the issues. I will say on a positive note, the staff is absolutely WONDERFUL.
