Carl’s Jr

Pretty disappointed with this location. My girlfriend and I were vacationing in Sedona, and had a craving for some food of this caliber. We drove 25 minutes from our hotel and made it to the drive thru at 12:15. The girl over the intercom then told us that they were closed. I then pointed out that their hours were until 1 AM, and she replied by saying that since she hadn’t had any customers in the last 3 hours, she had shut down all her equipment. Luckily there is a Denny’s across the street! I doubt I will ever be back to this Carl’s Junior, but I still am disappointed in their poor service.

We were quite excited when this one opened up because Carl’s Jr is one of our favorite fast food restaurants. The problem with this one is they do not seem to get the concept of fast! Our son is often asleep in his car seat as we pass through Camp Verde so we go through the drive thru. The past three times through the drive thru have taken an extremely long time. I expect a fast food drive thru to not take more than 10 min. They had never been able to meet that expectation here. Today was no exception. We had only TWO cars in front of us and it took twenty minutes! That is just ridiculous. The last time we were here we ate inside because our son woke up. First the had the door from the main part of the parking lot locked! I knocked and repeatedly tried to open the door and no one came to my assistance, including the customers inside that I could see and could see me! So I walked around to the other side of the building and entered through that door. The other thing was that while we were seated eating our lunch (in the very back of the restaurant) I could hear a conversation the employees were having about the owner coming for a visit and they were not prepared. They continued talking about things that I should not have been able to hear. Very unprofessional. The food has always been fine, but service leaves much to be desired!

This is the worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been too. Staff is very rude. The served use our food after20 min wait burgers and fries all cold. Asked for a manager apparently the blond head smartass thought it was funny. The rest of the staff seemed more interested in the back office then making food. When 4 other orders are served to people that came in after I ordered its bs. Want to tell me it’s because of order quantity. Apparently it’s so hard to make 4 burgers and fries. It’s not like the meat doesn’t get dropped in the little machine that cooks it for you
Isn’t really care if the other girl left for a better paying job at McDonald’s. Probably tired of working with this bunch of idiots
The McDonald’s ¹⁄₂₀ mile away was packed and still cranking out food no whining very pleasant.
Avoid this Carl’s Jr.

On our way to Paige made a pitstop for a quick breakfast. I had a jalapeño turkey burger, jalepeno poppers (dont judge!) and the hubby had a breakfast sandwich, he said was the worst he’d ever had. I liked my turkey burger. The turkey Patty was pretty good. Poppers were just OK. Service was friendly and quick! And we’re back on the road! :)

Most unkept fast food place I’ve ever been to. The floor was so sticky with every step and guy at counter looked like he hated his life. Bathroom is disgusting…

Hey Management, Memorial Day weekend was not the time to short staff your restaurant. I give your skeleton crew 5 stars with the amount of people in line.

Used to be an old KFC but with Carl’s Jr kicking ass in the fast food biz, They have stepped up there game and naught over 10 new properties in AZ. This is one of there Newest purchases and also one of there best .
The New appliances and dining room make fore a «at ease» visit knowing everything is more fresh and the tables have not as much muck on them lol.
The staff is pleasant and the weather out here is beautiful.

Great service, Dorthy is a polite and professional server. By pass King and go to Carls. They do their jobs.

We’ve used drive thru, fast service and very, very friendly staff, even that it’s New Years Eve.
Food taste really good. :)

Bad service: they were out of fries but instead of upgrading me for free for my side on my combo I had to still pay extra for it.
Bad food: dry burger, hardly and bacon on the bacon burger, old zucchini chips. Over all terrible
