7-Eleven

They just changed owners and there’s all new store staff. Some of them are ok, but the old staff was awesome and knew me since I went in there all the time. I think it would have been better if they kept the old staff because this new staff is hit and miss with customer service

Worst Ever! One younger female girl apparently doesn’t like asian customers. I waited at the cashier for her for more than 2 minutes, while another customer reminded her someone is waiting for several times, and she chose to ignore me and kept chatting with the other guy. I saw the whole thing happened and thought maybe she was busy, but the truth is no, she just dont’ want to do it, with nothing to do, or maybe she doesn’t like asian guy. I even don’t know her !!!
Then I have to yield to call someone, and another elder female staff came to check. I’m not gonna call the younger one is «racist», maybe she is just upset, or maybe just like serve other non-​asian ppl.
Later the same day, I saw her chatting with another woman in front of me, they use their mother lang (I know where they come from, and they all come from the same ASIAN country), laughed a lot. Then me, fake laugh, «price, thank you, byebye.» Then another white guy after me, talking about weather, nice choice, telling jokes. The same girl, but definitely different attitude.

Place and location are ok. A little hidden. BEWARE of owner/​cashier of Indian decent. He tents to gip you off a few cents and not give you the correct change. Just make sure you count your cash and change. He doesn’t input the correct amount received on his register and gives you back whatever he feels is the right amount

This 7 – 11 is nice that it is always stocked with what you are looking for but the people who work here are non-​attentive to the customers at times and they always seem to be in a sour mood. Not a BAD mood, just kinda glum. I went here yesterday to buy a Spicy Big Bite Chili Cheese dog and they had two on the grill that were fresh and looked good but they had TWO standard Big Bites that were on the grill WAY TOO LONG, they looked like they had been on there at least 7 hours, they were charred beyond belief… needless to say I didn’t order those. I guess that’s why I always go to the 7 – 11 up the street on Budd Avenue cos this one sure is NOT up-​to-​par.

This ⁷⁄₁₁ is tucked away behind Winchester and SunnyOaks! The owner is a nice guy and likes kids!
It’s a neighborhood-​hood as you see a lot of children from SunnyOaks going and leaving here daily. I buy ice tea headed towards Los Gatos often here and want to help the guy make his money!
