Geoff and team have been amazing to work with.
We switched to them last winter, when our previous pool service wasn’t showing up reliably. Geoff suggested a few inexpensive changes right away (e.g. to filter buckets), which would both keep the pool cleaner during the week and to make cleaning faster.
Fortunato did our weekly service and has been always reliable and thorough. For more less routine issues (e.g. heating problems, filters, etc), Geoff proved to be very knowledgeable, and gave excellent suggestions without being pushy.
Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive and we would highly recommend his service to other pool owners.

Geoff is great. We wanted a second opinion on some work on our pool. Even though he was not doing our pool maintenance, Geoff came by and gave us a rundown of all our options. He was not pushy, was very helpful and a thorough gentleman. Highly recommended.

We moved into a new rental home last year and finally got around to checking out the spa on the property that hadn’t been open in years… We were really excited to finally try to get it in working order. We called a few places to get estimates but A Priority got back to us so quickly and came out to our place within a few days to check in out and give us an estimate. Geoff was was back a few days later working on the spa. Within a week of my initial phone call our spa was up and running, beautifully clean and my little one was playing in it with her daddy. Very responsive and great work.

These guys are real pros! Called them after getting a new hot tub, because I put too much chemical in. I couldn’t get the levels right. I believe it was Craig that came out to my house and got the whole mess cleaned up. The hot tub was spick n’ span by the time he left, and I even got a text he next week making sure that I was adding the right amount of chemicals, thanks!

Geoff and Craig and Team do a great job at the condo I live in. They are very reliable and always very thorough. It is nice to have a pool & spa that is clean where you live! I love that I do not have to make sure they come to clean and provide maintenance to the pool and spa because it takes any extra hassle off of my plate! The pool and spa always look sparkling and clean which I love! They are the best company that our condo association has had thus far and they really take pride in a job well done! I would recommend A Priority Pool & Spa for anyone that is looking for a pool cleaning or maintenance! They are affordable and efficient!
