Worst company! I’d like to give them negative five stars if I can.
I don’t usually write reviews. If this is Not something terribly wrong, I would have put up wth it.
Run away from them as soon as you can! Not an honest company. Only care about $$$$!
They were trying to find every excuse not honoring their warranty. They demanded to see live sample bugs. Despite I showed them pictures.
When they started the service, they did not show me any bug samples. Now, when their service did not work, I asked them come back under warranty. They wanted to see live samples, or they don’t come back. They make it as difficult as possible!

I work with these individuals on a regular basis and both are extremely professional, diligent, genuine and nice! Laura is organized and always has a handle on appointments, scheduling and never forgets to follow-​up and do confirmation calls.
John is very thorough and always gives 100% effort. He is great at what he does, very informative and does a great job with any pest control related issues.

I recently had a stink bug infestation in my apartment in one visit they completely removed the problem. Communication with the office/​dispatch was also most satisfactory and they were willing to accommodate my work schedule.
Albert (the technician) was polite, knowledgeable and didn’t waste any time; he even went as far as to contact building management and advised them to make the proper repairs to prevent any future issues.

Worked with Steve S. to address my bed bug problem. Not only did Steve resolve the issue (which, prior to working with him, I thought was a lost cause that would require me to burn all of my worldly belongings), he also made me feel infinitely better about the entire situation. After speaking with him on the phone, I had gone from being unable to sleep at night out of fear and stress from the bugs, to feeling calm and relaxed about the issue. I was given confidence that the seemingly hopeless problem was no longer something I’d ever need to worry about. He was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns.
Everyone should have a Steve from A-​Pro Pest Control to take care of their problems. :)
