This is a park I walk through daily. It is a small paved triangular park which has a bit of grass and a couple benches. It is the intersection of Harrison and Campbell Avenue with the railroad tracks next to it. There is a large art sculpture, some nice trees and plants and not much else. You can come here during the day and find the local restaurant workers taking a much-needed break or having a smoke. Be warned, if you have children or dogs the City DOES spray insecticide here regularly, so call in advance if you want to know the schedule of spraying. I see the spraying and walk my dog an alternate route on those days and 3 days afterwards. This tiny park is a MESS after large Downtown Campbell events due to trash. Give that a week for the great Campbell City Crew to clean it up. A good place to take a cup of coffee. No playground equipment or restrooms.

i’ve strolled downtown campbell many a time, but i’ve never noticed this tiny little park until today! it’s actually rather cute, an oblong-oval shaped park that sits at the head of the downtown campbell strip. although the railroad runs through here, it’s not that frequent, so it’s generally pretty quiet here. there are no playground structures or grassy areas here, but there is plenty of seating, either on the benches or along the short wall that lines this park. it’s a good place to read your paper, have a coffee, or take a cigarette break.
