My son was seen in Sept. 2013 for a procedure on his ear. In October 2014 they are contacting me regarding an outstanding balance of $ 985.63. Their billing won’t return my phone calls. This is negligence on Beautiful Intentions behalf. BEWARE, they might contact you a year later with an outstanding balance that they neglected to resolve in a timely matter.

I love Dr Lynde!
I have done two procedures of Smart Lipo with her and I am very happy with her and her work. What she did really helped me and changed my life.
The first one was in 2010 and now again this year. I have a condition where I get painful lipomas and in the past the surgeons would cut them out and instead she used Smart Lipo to get them out. Soooo great!
Thanks to her I’m out of pain and my body looks a lot better too.
She is super sweet and caring. I love talking to her too!
If you freak out over people being late she will not be for you. But if you care what you look like and want someone who really knows their business, its her. No one is perfect, but she hits all the important marks big time!
I recommend her highly!

If I could give this woman ZERO stars, I would.
I was referred to Dr. Lynd after an accident with a bandsaw. The ER doc that stictched me up was concerned I might have tendon damage and suggested I follow up with Dr. Lynd to check. I arrived early for my appointment and then spent over 20 minutes waiting in the exam room. She came in, spent 7 minutes with me (and it was that long because I was asking questions), removed 4 stitches, used a single alcohol wipe and had the balls to charge my insurance company $ 450.
MELODY LYND IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM! She tried to gouge my insurance by grossly overcharging which ended up coming back to me because my insurance thought it was ridiculouos and only paid $ 100 of the bill leaving me with the remaining $ 350. In my opinion, $ 100 was GENEROUS for what she did. When I refused to pay, she sent me to collections. Unprofessional, unethical and greedy… and those are the nice words I can think of to describe her practice.

So i had my tummy tuck! i look great and my scar is super super thin, and my stomach nice and flat! im so happy with my results and im back to work 11 days post op! Shes so great about getting right back to you via email or text or phone call. She even makes house visits if something is wrong (not that i’ve experienced since im doing amazing so far)!!!

This doctor completely botched my sons stitches after an accident. We were in the Good Sam emergency room and I asked for a plastic surgeon hoping to minimize the scarring. Oh was that a mistake. As we were walking out she told me she did the best she could. When I took him to the pediatrician to have the stitches removed, he could not believe that this work was done by a plastic surgeon. He has a large scar on his forehead. Thanks Melody. I would avoid this doctor!

My son has (2) unacceptable scars thanks to Dr. Lynd. She actually said to me «it was not my best work». I do not recommend.

Melody Lynd has lost her professional touch, and has little interest in a patients results. I had a breast aug that to be redone, because she would not go to the size i originally requested (they come down in a year post, she disagreed, she was WRONG). She doesn’t have you come in post op to see how you are healing, and did not take after pictures, this was after two procedures. i referred several folks to her and heard complaints from them. Her schedule is never on time, consistently I have sat in her waiting room for 1.5 hours past the appt. There are many things I could share, but this gives you the gist of it. And she does not have a strategic eye with botox and fillers, and she makes promises and forgets. She is a very sweet and personable individual, but business is business — and my money gets value in return. Too many providers available that provide quality, results, care pre and post, and it’s worth it to pay a bit more, trust me.

Totally unprofessional office. I had one appointment with this doctor for a consultation, which lasted twenty minutes. All she did was talk with me and take a couple pictures. Her timeline was way off of what her office could do with insurance and then, of course, surgery time. I made a couple inquiry calls to see where we were at… they had never sent in the appropriate paperwork for insurance approval and hadn’t bothered to call and let me know. And then, didn’t return my calls. I, then, called to let them know I wasn’t going to use this doctor. Two months later, I received a bill for a $ 450. office visit! No one will return a call to discuss the matter, including their billing office. I sent a note back that I thought this was outrageous and that insurance hadn’t paid me. Three months later, I’m turned over to collection. Horrible office!
