Tried this place for the first time i got a large iced latte for 5.60 the large is huge! I will come back here again. Maybe I’ll try the Oreo one everyone is raving about

I have been here before, but someone must be new. I asked for a decaf blended drink. I was told no blended drink could be decaf. When I said that I had had them before she told me that other people knew how to make them, but she had no idea what they do. I suggested that she might ask someone since I made a special trip and others would. The answer was «That is not my problem.» followed by a laugh.

Five stars for awesome service. Today was my second trip to Caffino and again I was greeted by a noticeably friendly employee… AND they were open on a holiday: D

I love this place! I stopped here because I was craving something sweet and needed to pick up something quick. The drive through is so convenient! I asked the barista if the Oreo blended drink was good, and he said it’s very sweet (and if I wanted something stronger on the coffee side to pick something else) so I figured it was perfect. His explanation was perfect and helped me make my decision. Not to mention the Oreo blended drink was to die for! I definitely will be stopping here again soon.

I can’t help myself. I just love this place. I am usually a black iced coffee drinker, because when I want a milk based drink they are so expensive at a more well known coffee house, and I can’t drink dairy or soy, so my options become almost nonexistent. I love the Iced Dirty Chai here made with almond or coconut milk. It’s super fast, taste great and if you come in after 2pm, all their pastries are 50% off, which is even better when I have a kid in the car. A tasty afternoon caffinated fix and a treat for under $ 5?! Fantastic!

Every time I come here they ALWAYS burn the soy milk. I’m a barista with years of experience as well as have managed my own coffee shop and can tell you that I always cringe every time my boyfriend wants to go here. Also, the soy milk is always ridiculously hot. Drinks are never stirred, and a straw is always placed into HOT coffee. That’s a nono. Why would you put plastic in a freshly made hot cup of coffee. Since being an experienced barista I can tell you these employees weren’t trained properly. I can tell if milk is being properly steamed from across a room with my eyes shut. Properly steamed milk effects the texture and taste of the coffee. Employees are nice enough, but as with anyone in the service industry, treat them with respect and they should treat you the same. Complaint is really about the coffee not the people though. Makes me wonder who trained them

I’ve been going to Caffino for awhile and the drinks are always good. The red velvet either hot or blended is always yummy. They are on the expensive side but for an occasional treat it’s worth it. The staff is always friendly and service is quick.

The owner of this drive-​thru coffee joint should take a look at how the employees are conducting themselves. I walked up to buy a coffee that did not taste fresh for one and second, the employees were on cell phones, inappropriately dressed and RUDE. The door was propped open with trash bags which made the place look dirty, trashy & like a smoke house. I asked if it was the same owner as the other Caffacino drive-​thru on Homestead. And, of course the answer was no. The one on Homestead is well kept and the employees know how to make coffee. I advise not to waste your time driving thru this very poor business establishment. I wish I could of given a ZERO star rating.

I absolutely love this Caffino Drive-​Thru location! They have a variety of Iced, Hot, Specialty blended drinks for just about anyone. With so many Coffee/​Tea choices in the area, I tend to stop by here most days when I don’t feel like getting out of my car. From day 1, the staff has always been so friendly & accommodating w/​my drink orders. Sometimes I just want a taste of Whipped Cream & not too much, so I get my fix when they put it on the straw only. It was cool how one of the male employees remembered my drink I got the first few times I came, but I always like to try new drinks especially when the menu is filled w/​endless Iced/​Specialty blended Coffees. I also like how he would make my cup look fancy w/​the syrup drizzle whenever I opt for a Specialty Blended drink (usually their Heathnut Crunch).
I’ve only had to wait awhile a few times, which is understandable since they started training new employees recently. The longest time I’ve ever had to wait was on a Saturday morning before work. One of the main female employees who is usually there on weekday mornings came out to my car to take my order, and didn’t charge me that day. Not sure if it was because of the long wait or if she could tell from a woman’s perspective that I wasn’t having a good morning. I didn’t mind the wait at all, so I definitely appreciated the complimentary drink & her kindness for doing that.

~Iced Coconut Mocha (My 2^nd favorite compared to Chromatic Coffee)
~Heathnut Crunch blended (NOT available @ the Milpitas location)
The only thing I wish they would have are stamp cards like the other Caffino locations especially since I frequent this place quite often. This is definitely my alternative to Dutch Bros & will continue to keep coming here when I’m in this area.

You can find a quick and convenient premium mixed coffee drink here either at lunch time or later in the afternoon if you’re on the move. The chai powder mentioned I can look up and amend with the name and post it later. It’s tasty, full of sugar and when made really hot it’s the best. I get a latte or cap to go. The location is great for those in mid Campbell. Go try it and see if you agree!

Sadly I normally love coming here but this morning I got a sour chocolate milk, AGAIN, for the second time this week. They obviously aren’t making sure their quality is good… sorry guys, but I’m going to have to find somewhere else to get coffee. I shouldn’t have to taste it as soon as you hand it off and then when I get to work find out it’s sour. It’s a shame because the kids that run it are so sweet!

I’m addicted to the iced caramelicious latte here, and the XL sized cup helps get me through the work day especially if I’m short on sleep. The girls that work there are really friendly and the customer service has been excellent. Thanks for keeping me caffinated when I don’t feel like making hot coffee at work, especially on a warm day.

I usually send my husband out to get my morning coffee because, yes, I’m one of those people that’s too lazy to get out of the car to get their coffee hahaha! Anywho, this morning my husband was busy and our two year old daughter was running amok around the house, so I thought that a drive-​thru coffee place would be much easier. I’ve been here a couple times and every time has been amazing service. The employees are always smiling and friendly, and genuinely seem like they want to be here. I can always hear them laughing amongst themselves while they make drinks, and its nice to hear that, especially in the early morning :) I took my daughter with me this morning and had my cash in hand, even though I usually pay by debit. The second I pulled up, the girl greeted me with a warm smile and I saw that she noticed the 20 dollar bill in my hand. I gave her my drink order, 2 drinks, and ordered a loaf of pumpkin bread last minute. Now, keep in mind that she already knew from the second I pulled up that I had cash. She handed me my drinks and my bread, and told me it was on the house since she was counting her drawer and could not accept cash at the moment. I was already going to give this place 5 stars on my Unilocal review when I got home, but after that I was amazed! Completely outstanding service! I really hope she doesn’t get in trouble with her manager because she gained a dedicated customer and my whole entire coffee drinking family :) It’s nice to go somewhere that’s not a huge chain, and where people actually care about each and every customer. I will make sure to bring cash and card in the future, just in case haha! I wouldn’t want such a fine establishment to lose money :) :)
As for the quality of drinks, they have always tasted outstanding to me! I want to try a lot more of them, seeing as how they are very popular. My go-​to is usually a mocha. Can’t go wrong with that!

This drive-​thru coffee is in the perfect location! Literally right down the street from my work which is a major plus. Their lines get pretty long in the morning (around 8:20ISH) so make sure you plan accordingly. Sometimes I find myself sitting in line for 5+ minutes.
The chai tea latte is what keeps me coming back. I’ve tasted a zillion chai’s before but never one like Caffino has to offer. They use a chai powder instead of liquid. I highly recommend the soy chai tea latte with a pump of vanilla, it’s beyond delicious!
The only thing that makes this location questionable is the fact that I get the same drink every time but it’s always for a different price. Not too sure what they’re charging me for because they’ve never offered me a receipt, but be careful that you don’t get overcharged!

Overall great quick coffee stop to go to when you’re in a rush to work or running errands. I recommend not coming past 3 or 4 as the afternoon shifters take a while coming to the window. 1 of 2 employees will always be super friendly as the other one in the back had a resting bvtch face. I come here around 12 or so after the morning rushes as the lot is quite small and can get crammed up early on in the day.
They have dog treats for ya furry pals! :D

Drive thru coffee that takes forever.
You wait a long time for your coffee and it tastes terrible. When I order iced drinks, I like them with light ice — then they don’t get watery. This place charges for light ice. It’s ridiculous. I’m surprised they don’t charge me for my lid and straw also.
Btw, double check your receipt. If they even give you one! They always charge you for the wrong item. I got a vanilla latte which is $ 3.50 on the menu but when they charge you it is $ 3.60. They tell you its because you ordered a latte plus flavor $ 3.00 plus 60 cents. Ripping you off 10 cents at a time.

Quick super friendly and reasonable prices! Cheaper than Starbucks! Iced coffee is with espresso rather than brewed coffee or hot coffee over ice… yukk! There are plenty of fresh pastries, croissants, biscotti which looks like it was brought in daily! This drive-​thru rocks! A way better than Starbucks which I believe has gone down in recent years.

My new favorite coffee place. Everybody who works here is super friendly, and they make great coffee. They offer a huge variety of coffee drinks, although if you are like me you probably order just one or two things. The difference between what Caffino serves you and Starbucks is huge.
I’m not dissing Starbucks. If you like long lines and weak coffee (Pikes Place tastes like Folgers!), by all means, go to Starbucks. If you like flavorful coffee, go to Caffino.

Great coffee from the nicest coffee lady around. Go often, get dry cappuccino with extra shot that is perfect everytime.
Try them out, make the stop and be a good tipper. Your coffee is worth the stop and coffee lady deserves the grat my friend.
Also don’t forget the pastry… And they are an even greater bargain after 1pm!
