I have been to this Starbucks on multiple occasions, and each time the outcome is terrible. The service is slow. It seems that they have new staff training every time I’ve been here. Today’s dark roast coffee was not hot, by the time I drove home(5 min drive) it was cold. This is not the first time this has happened here.

The person working at the counter said he wS closing because they did not have staff to man it. Customers should not have to suffer due to incompetent management. If the management is going to fail at least Offer me a free drink on my next visit. The dude basically made it seem my fault that they were short staff and could not have the stand open.

I came in here for a tall a berry hibiscus refresher and I got helped by the brunette girl with a sparkly name tag(I think her name started with a k) instead of paying 2.95 for a tall hibiscus refresher she charged me 2 dollars for a grande because she applied the treat receipt which I found very nice this has the best customer service I’ve seen in a Starbucks in a while so I’m going to give this place 5 stars because they always have the greatest strength and they bring out my coffee very fast also very clean you can’t go wrong with that!!!(:

I’m giving this place 4 stars because this place is great and deserves it! They are a small Starbucks and still are fast and efficient! I’ve never heard complaining about being overwhelmed, they are a nice staff and work hard! Thank you!

Chris M. was outstanding today. I was in Safeway waiting for my son and asked Chris if I could get a Decaf Sumatra. He looked in the storage cabinets and saw that they were out of stock, then without hesitation he walked over to the display and opened a new bag to brew me a cup! Chris was extremely friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable. He fully instructed me on the perks of the gift card as well as it’s green & gold levels. I also learned today after so many years that Starbucks regular coffee is not as pricey as the rest of their popular and specialty drinks. Only $ 2 for a Grande! GREAT Experience.
