I want to rate Camille’s a solid 3.5 stars… I’d give four stars on Tuesdays, every other day it’s three. I only come on Tuesdays for the buy one get one free promo. Camille’s has a couple good grilled wraps. They let you sub the side salad for their colorful chips, which is nice. Other than that, their sandwiches are meh.

This place isn’t too bad… but then again, it’s not great either. First of all, get ready for pan flute music — not just any music, classic Americana. You’ll see when you step in… anyways, I ended up here on a whim and decided to go for the Poblano Chicken Nutu-wrap. I figured it would be soft enough post-oral surgery. It wasn’t too bad — the chicken had decent flavor. Unfortunately, the rice was mushy and flavorless — good for the post-surgery thing, but bad for the taste buds. =P On the upside, I got a discount on the nutu-wrap — $ 4.99 instead of $ 6.65. I guess it’s a Fridays only special — didn’t realize it til they gave me my change and I rechecked their menu. Cool =P May try again when my tooth heals… the paninis look pretty good.

I went here for lunch yesterday. I ordered a Tex Mex Club Wrap. It sounded the best a few little tweaks to it. The girl at the cash register spoke maybe like 2 words of English(yes and no) so after trying to order it by talking about 4 times, I had to pick up a to go menu and point to what I wanted(LAME!) There was about 2 other tables with people there who had already gotten their food, I had to wait 20 mins for them to make one… just ONE… little wrap. UNBELIEVABLE! Then when I got my food, my very few chips I got were all stale(yuck!) the pepperjack cheese in the wrap had some spots the didn’t look like the pepper spots(MOLDEDCHEESE?!! EWW) and the bacon was basically a bacon flavored potatoe crisp(or at least thats what it seemed like!!!) This meal was definitely not worth the $ 10 I paid for it! Will I be back here? NNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Me and mom had been driving for an hour when we accidentally passed this place and decided to stop. It was cute on the inside but EMPTY. The only person there was the surly cashier/worker. Mom got the chicken salad sandwich on wheat and I got Napa Valley Chicken panini with a Banana Berry smoothie. When we sat down, on closer inspection the place was not so cute. The walls were dirty and worn and they had those fake flowers in a bottle you often see at hole in the wall Mexican restaurants. You would almost think that’s where you were as there were loudly playing mariachi music. I wouldn’t have minded if I was eating Mexican food, but it didn’t fit the décor of this place. The food was ok. Mom said her sandwich was dry and missing something(which I thought should be mustard). My sandwich was good, but very rich. It had melted provolone, pesto, tomatoes, mushrooms and chicken. The mushrooms were really meaty and flavor full. They both came with chips and salsa, which was also good. If not for the drab setting and not friendly worker, the food wasn’t bad, but there are other places that are better in service and food. As mom said, she was very disappointed.

This place is great for a quick lunch or grabbing some dessert with a cup of coffee. Their selection of paninis, wraps and salads is first rate. The owners are always friendly and make you feel welcome, no matter how hectic the place gets. On Tuesdays they have a Buy-One-Get-One special and the line to order can get rather long, but its the best deal in town. Even though there is a Starbucks next door, I enjoy getting a cup of coffee(which is pretty decent) here to support the owners. I enjoy coming to this location much more than the one on Blossom Hill.

Camille’s catered our lunch not too long ago. I was surprised at how good their chicken sandwiches were! The ones especially wrapped in the rolls was what I had and tasted delicious. Lettuce included and the right spicy salsa sauce to accompany the wrap. Sandwiches aren’t the normal lunch usual I would normally get due to my thinking of. i could of made this easily at home. or i don’t think it is worth my money! But Camille’s proved me wrong! Tortilla chips of different colors and chunky salsa accompanied my sandwich also and it was tasty. not spicy! Just the right texture and amount of tomatoes for my taste. since I dont like eating chunks of tomatoes in my salsa. i know i know… remember! i am no big veggie fan! Other variety of sandwiches were available from different chicken wraps to normal toasted bread sandwiches. Well presented on party platter! Maybe i should pass by at the real spot sometime to check it out if i am in the mood of healthy!

I come here because it’s conveniently located across from my work and it has BOGO Tuesdays. This place probably deserves 3 stars, but it gets an extra star for the BOGO special. Their sandwiches, wraps, and salad are okay, and most things come with a side salad or chips. My favorites are the napa valley chicken and the cobb salad. They also have marbled rye bread which looks cool but tastes just like normal bread. For $ 4 on Tuesdays, it’s a steal!

It’s BOGO Tuesdays at Camille’s! So make a friend, bring a friend, and go to Camille’s. The sandwiches are not spectacular, but when you buy 1 and get 1 free, then all of a sudden it’s not all that bad. It’s pretty much $ 4 a sandwich, and where else can get a lunch for that price in this recession. Wanna be my friend on Tues? ;)

I’ve been here qutie a few times and have to be honest. I’m a little addicted to their club sandwich. My god, it’s so tasty. I’ve had a few other things here too and everything has been good. They have the nicest employees that work here as well. I’ve never had a bad experience. Matter of fact… we were just there yesterday and the guy behing the counter gave us 2 free cookies.(not that we needed them) That was awful nice :) M-W-TH only open til 5pm T-F til 7pm OH — tuesdays are buy one sandwich, get the other free! unheard of.

Stay away. This place is truly awful. The sandwiches are so disgusting. Theres a difference between healthy and down right bad. Not worth even trying.

If the food is good, I usually will overlook other factors b/c that’s what people come to places for; to eat –however, there’s no way the quality of the food can trump the absolute horrible service and lack of knowledge by the staff –I went for a Saturday lunch with my g/f this past weekend… upon arriving, I noticed the nice décor… bright colorful walls, very spacious seating and nice looking menu. it looked much nicer than Le Boulenger –anyways, I opted for the Club Med hot wrap and my g/f went with the Michelangelo hot wrap which both come with side salad. this is where I knew the service was a bit spotty… I immediately asked the cashier to put the vinagrette dressing on the side and she kept insisting I was trying to order an additional cesar salad. I had to repeat this several times before she understood me –well I paid and thought that was it… the wait was a bit long considering we were the only ones waiting for our order. I can’t imagine how long it would take with a few more customers but I digress. anyways, we finally get our food and the waitress brings the food and tells us which wrap is which. no big deal right? –well I look at the dish on my plate and notice my salad doesn’t correspond to my wrap, nor does my gf’s.so we figured she verbally told us incorrectly which wrap was which. no big deal, so we switch plates. upon eating, the wrap/panini was pretty good. I did notice that my salad did have cheese in it. I didn’t want cheese but no big deal. my g/f”s food was good she stated –this is where it gets even trickier… after eating half of our wraps, we realized that the waitress actually switched our wraps. we were eating each others wraps while also having the salads switched… yeah, it’s a freaking murder mystery we were trying to solve –so basically the waitress made such errors as 1)verbally told us the wrong wrap and placed them on our plate 2)my side salad had cheese in it, which I didn’t want 3)my g/f’s wrap, which was actually mine, had cheese in it, which I didn’t want. Thank God my g/f does like cheese 4)the wrap that I ate, which was actually my g/f’s didn’t have cheese in it, which worked for me but my g/f actually wanted cheese in hers –so the only thing right they did partially was making 1 salad correctly but giving it to the wrong person –it would be easy if lets say one person ordered a pizza and another had chicken strips. it would be pretty easy to tell if the waitress put the wrong order on my side of the table. but we’re dealing with wraps/panini’s, which look very similar –overall, I wasn’t happy at all with the lack of detail by any stretch… the food itself was good but I’m starting to shy away from panini type sandwiches. for over 7 bucks, it’s a rip off imho. if you don’t have a big appetite, it’s fine. but for a guy, it’s a waste of money –and this establishment needs people who can speak even a lick of English. i’m sorry, I have nothing against foreigners b/c i’ve worked in foods when I was a teen and they were hard workers. but these people didn’t know squat. you ask them a question and they look at you like they just saw a ghost –you’re better off stopping by the Whole foods and going to the hot food section there

«Learn How to Order»: A Guide to Being Satisfied by Camille’s and Other Restaurants by Allison W. Chapter 1: Don’t Get a Panini If you want a grilled cheese sandwich, make one yourself – it won’t be worth what you spent on it. Chapter 2: Go on a Tuesday Buy One, Get One Free! That’s right! And since when is $ 7 too expensive for a lunch? That is what you’re going to spend anywhere! But really, go on Tuesday, with a friend. That way, you’ll spend $ 7 for a total of TWO lunches. :) Chapter 3: Call in your order. If you are in a rush or on your lunch break, you should know that calling in your order gets you in and out much faster. What’s the point of going to a healthy café when you want your food to be already prepared and sitting under a heat lamp, waiting for assembly? There’s a Jack in the Box across the street, you know… Chapter 4: Ask the cashier what they enjoy off their menu. They will usually make a point to deter you away from something they find unsatisfactory or bland. I recommend the Apple Tuna Walnut sandwich on marble rye and/or the Mexican Daredevil wrap with extra BBQ sauce. Both come with either chips or a side salad. Either one should fill you up if you pace yourself. The end.

If you plan on grabbing a sandwich here, be prepared to wait in a long line… I ordered the Panini Napa Valley Chicken with Focaccia bread, grilled chicken breast, provolone, sun dried tomato pesto, mushrooms, red onions and balsamic glaze. The sandwich overall was good but the balsamic glaze kinda made it funky… Maybe next time I’ll request for mayo instead.

I’ve never actually been inside or paid for anything at Camille’s but my work gets food catered from here. We always get an assortment of salads and wraps. It’s all pretty healthy but it’s nothing special. I guess I would have to describe their food as «blah». Let’s just put it this way, I wouldn’t eat here given the choice. The best thing I have had was the chicken caesar wrap. Hated the tex mex wrap. 2 stars because it’s healthy.

They used to have great food but now it taste different(in a bad way). I usually get the Roast Beef Panini but, like I said, it use to be good but not anymore. I dont know what Camille’s changed about it but yuck! I used to always come in on Tuesdays to get the 2 for 1 deal, but nah I’ll pass now. It’s crazy how they close early(like 7pm).

When Im around this hood, I usually grab a bite from Whole Foods coz I luv the selection of fresh food. However, my coworker wanted to try a different place today, so we decided on CSC. I must say the décor is different, I guess it’s mediterranean inspired. The lighting fixtures were rather intriguing. CSC gets 4 stars for fast service, a yummy smoothie and an interesting menu. When you first come in and you see the hugeass fotos of all their wraps and panini, your mouth begins to drool. My coworker got a grilled wrap with a side of caesars salad. She liked it. I got the roast beef panini. It’s ok. Some parts of the sandwich was soggy. Im not sure i would say that it’s better than panera’s panini. Thank goodness for the blueberry smoothie which saved the meal. Id prob go back to check out some of their wraps and other smoothies.

Blech, this place sucks. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because it’s clean. But the food is average at best, and you’re better off eating the food offered at the Whole Foods deli next door. Hubba’s note: the smoothie he had tasted extremely sour.
