They no longer stock M&Ms, i have been there 8 different times in the last 2 months and they «ran out of M&Ms «each time. I switched to yogurtland and willow glen creamery that stock up their toppings well.

Service not so great. Ordered cheesecake & chocolate in waffle cup and was served without the waffle — the server fixed. Something wasn’t quite right, this didn’t taste like cheesecake. After a large crowd of people passed through, I asked for a sample of cheesecake and confirmed. They tried to tell me sometimes one flavor will overpower the other but I insisted this is not cheesecake. The guy tells me «try something different next time» in which I responded «there won’t be a next time.»

Keeping this short and sweet. Hahah… short and sweet.
I have always had great friendly service from the staff. I have always enjoyed whatever delicious concoction they make for me. Lastly, I feel the price is totally worth it.
If you’re going to the Pruneyard just for Cold Stone, the parking might be a little tricky. The Pruneyard, despite being large, can fill up pretty easily.

The customer service in this location is excellent!!! I had to buy a cake for my son’s 5th birthday party and we had to be very selective due to his nut allergies. Cold Stone delivered a wonderful chocolate sheet cake with vanilla ice cream, may sound basic to some, but it was an overall hit with everyone. The cake kept really well after the party too. We stuck the leftovers in the freezer and continued to eat it several days after the party. The price was more than fair.
I don’t remember the gentleman’s name who assisted us. He was Asian and just very accommodating and extremely helpful. Thank you Cold Stone!

I love Cold Stone! I’m so bummed they have closed down so many locations, but happy that this one is still open. I live literally a block from there :) Sweet cream and chocolate chips… mmmhhhh! No need for anything fancy.
The folks that work here are very friendly and patient. Never had an issue!

Worst ice cream ever. Got mint mixed with chocolate chip. Can’t taste the mint nor chocolate. Just sweet base with nothing to say I’m eating ice cream.

This place is always delicious, so I’m never disappointed when it comes to the taste. I do have to say I was a little underwhelmed by our server. She didn’t even acknowledge us coming in and looked at her phone a couple times while we stood there waiting to be helped. Eventually I asked her if we could order and we got started. I’m used to happy people who work here except for this particular employee, didn’t catch her name but we came in on 9⁄13 at 1:40 in the afternoon. So 4 stars for the other great times and minus 1 star for this particular underwhelming customer experience.

Extremely friendly service — but nothing they could do about the lack of flavor in the ice cream base.
I had the german chocolate cake mixer and teen girl had the birthday cake or some such thing. So her base was vanilla and mine was chocolate. When the teen girl ignores all the other yummy things (sprinkles, etc) that are mixed in to exclaim that the ice cream has no flavor, you know there’s a problem. I was thinking that, but didn’t want to spoil the mood. If you really have a passion for ice cream, don’t go here. If your ice cream is simply a vehicle to transport the add-in’s to your tummy, then this is your place!

Boyfriend ordered a strawberry shake. Wasn’t even a shake. We just happened to get the new guy… Ask me how I know? He had a pink post-​it note on his shirt taped with clear tape. Talk about professionalism… The owner allows this? Bad attention seeking because my ice cream was melting waiting for the shake or shall I say soft serve because there was no liquid consistency. Definitely the epitome of a new guy gone bad. I sat outside waiting for my boyfriend to come back with a shake this time. Cheers to our Fridate.

Good ice cream, served at the right temperature so its not rock hard. There gimmick is to mic in all sorts of candies, nuts, fruits, etc. It does make a difference, its fun and enjoyable. The ice cream quality os halfway between the average ice cream shop and a gourmet shop but there service is often very slow and understaffed.

Perfect and fun spot on hot summer evenings.
Great selection of ice cream and toppings.
Staff is friendly… almost to friendly. I will admit that I often think twice before leaving a gratuity, just to avoid the jarringly annoying song and dance you earn for dropping a buck in jar. But I understand it’s all done in fun.
Can’t really say I have a favorite, so many tasty offerings, but mine is always in the waffle cone.

Yay! Love the flavors here at Cold Stone. If I’m looking for yummy ice cream or ice cream cake this is place to be… sorry Baskins Robins. I always order the oreo and kitkat flavors, but had not tried other ones. The workers here are nice and very respectful. They always let you know the popular flavors and how the taste of the ice cream would be.

I stopped in to try their new frappes. I got a Mocha one and it didn’t disappoint. I liked it better than the Starbucks frappuccinos that I usually drink. Kia was the employee working at the time and he was friendly and provided great customer service. I would definitely visit again.

Tried this place about 7 years ago and was totally unimpressed. I thought the ice cream was bland and that all the toppings were to mask the bland flavor of the ice cream, so I never came back.
Well. Here I am, 7 years later, leaving the mall at its final hour and craving for… no…CRAVING for, ice cream and they are the ONLY ones open. I guess as fate would have it, I order a combo of the coffee and strawberry with graham crackers and chocolate fudge and BAM! I am in HEAVEN. Yes, it was that good. So good in fact, that I had to have it the very next day, which is how I ended up here at the Pruneyard location. I have been living close to one for the last 5 years and didn’t even know or care! WTH is wrong with me!!!
Ok. That’s enough Unilocaling for the day… I’m on my way to you know where to get some you know what. Mmmmm.mmmmmm.mmmmm.

Ive not had Cold Stone in a while. This used to be the hot concept a while back. Still chugging along i see. It’s a warm summer night so ice cream sounds good. Coffee ice cream mixed with plenty of almonds. Sitting outside during sunset and enjoying the cold treat. 3.5 stars

This is my go-​to spot, since it’s close to home. I like how it’s open until 10 p.m. My sisters, bf, and I have never had any customer service or quality issues. We’ve tried many different types of signature creations, but the cheesecake fantasy is my favorite. It’s pretty hot inside, even when it’s freezing outside. Maybe that’s how they get you to buy ice cream?

Thats how stale your cake piece mix ins where, so stale my boyfriend thought it was croutons. UGH what a waste of 5 bucks.

Good ice cream, good service. Yes, I do enjoy a good ice cream from time to time and this place does not disappoint in any way.
They employes are fast at what they do and they will get you on the way fast, plus they have many different ice cream favors and topping to have on your ice cream, they only reason I am not giving this location 5 stars, is when walking in the floor was sticky and needed to be a bit cleaner, but I think a kid might have dropped their ice cream, and they were waiting until the end of the evening to finish up the job. I will update my review if I come back to this location in the future.
Packing can sometimes be a problem as it is location in the Pruneyard and this center is very busy, but has plenty of areas to relax and enjoy your ice cream.
