Dean helped us through our whole shipping process. Very helpful and accommodating. I’ll be coming back here for my shipping needs.

Had to ship my Nikon D-​810 in for repairs, I first went down the street to UPS. For 3 day shipping to Arizona, a box, bubble wrap and $ 3000 insurance they quoted me $ 150!!!
This FedEx quoted me (for exactly the same thing) $ 75, over HALF lower than 3 blocks away. Service, Price and Quality, they get 5 stars and have my business in the future.

Customer service is horrible. very rude.this guy had the biggest stick up his ass. never coming back again. if you don’t like your job then quit.

This location needs to train its staff properly on prices. I called today and asked if they print blue prints that are 30″ x 42″.
Phone Conversation:
Me: Hi, do you guys have blue prints that are 30″ x 42″?
Lance: Yes, we can print that.
Me: How much would that be for one page?
Lance: Four Dollars and Fifty Cents
Me: Great, whats your email?
I show up 5 minutes later, get it printed, and at checkout I am told its $ 7.36 ($ 6.75 + Tax). I let the person (assistant manager and employee since 1997) know that I was quoted $ 4.50 on the phone and he just shrugs his shoulders and says that’s the price. He then says $ 4.50 is the price for 24″ x 36″ but my size is per sqft cost. I explain to him that I was clear with the person that it was 30″ x 42″ and that he should probably let everyone (staff) know the correct prices so this doesn’t happen again. Didn’t look like her cared. My receipt says I was helped by Lance F., but I do not believe that was him who helped me during my in-​store visit (1997 Guy).
I don’t care that it cost me $ 2.46 more for a single print since I only printed one page. I am not looking for a re-​reimbursement. It would be nice if the Assistant Manager admitted the mistake, apologized, and assured me that he would talk to his staff does not make this mistake again. Instead, he just seemed like he didn’t care (not in a rude way). This would have been a different story if I had done the full 30+ pages to be printed.
Please make sure the price you are quoted is in writing before you have them print a large job!

Okay, let me just preface this review by saying that there’s nothing I love less than having to go to a copy center to watch for minutes, or even hours, as machines scan, fax, and print papers. It’s about as exciting as watching pain dry (no judgment – just my personal preferences here :); HOWEVER, this place has such good customer service (both in person and on the phone) that they actually seem to make it a decent (and even pleasant!) experience.
Twice I have worked with Larry in-​person (and once by phone) and he’s consistently proactive, friendly, and super knowledgeable about helping me get what I need. He’s so good that this is pretty much the only copy store that I go to now. Seriously, it’s amazing how awesome employees can give an ordinary business a huge competitive advantage. I recommend this place to folks who like to watch papers print, and also those who don’t ;)

Just wanted to give a shout-​out to Dean! Dean, «Thank you» so very much for the excellent service! You knew exactly what I was asking for and no fuss about anything even though it was getting late! I truly appreciate your extremely excellent customer service and your can do attitude! This is why I’m a fan of Fed-​Ex is because of people like you! Great Job and again, Thank you! Fed Ex? I went to this FedEx/Kinko’s to get a quote on a printing job, and I left feeling embarrassed and ashamed like you feel when you arrive at work and realize that you forgot to get dressed that morning.
There were three employees working there, helping customers. I was next, and there was one customer in line behind me. After a few minutes, one of the employees said, «May I help the next person,» and looked at me, so I approached and explained what my print job was like. Things seemed to be going well as I explained my print job and answered his questions about some details such as black&white or color, what format my files were in, etc. All of a sudden, he told me to get back in line and wait again. He, in turn, went to help others who had come into the store in the meantime. I gently asked why he had not given me a quote, and I was told that I wasn’t the next customer. Another woman who was already being helped turned to me and said she was there before me… true! but she was already being helped when I walked in, so not relevant.
I’ll never know what happened, nor why. I am a quietly patient person, so I am sure I didn’t deserve that kind of meaningless retaliation. If he had given me a reasonable explanation why I had to get back in line, I wouldn’t be writing this one-​star review.
FedEx Kinko’s: You are not the only business with copy machines.

The ignorance and apathy at this location leaves me speechless. I fancy myself a pretty tolerant person who can acknowledge the fact that people make mistakes all the time (myself included), but when I call ahead of time to ask them in what format to email something in so they’ll get it right, and when they tell me to put my phone number in the email so they can call me with questions, I expect that I’ve handed over all the tools to get the job done right. Or at least to get it done… right?
When they tell me it’ll be done by 10−11am and I give them an additional SEVEN HOURS before I even rattle their chain about whether or not it’s done, I expect it to be done when I get there. Did I mention I want it done correctly? Did I mention that I want it to actually be done? Apparently you have to spell that out for the special people that work here.
Results: Still wasn’t done even eight hours later. Had to wait another 30+ minutes while they bumbled around only to hand over a really sorry rendition of what I sent in. Then they offer a refund if *I* would drive over and show them my receipt. That’s funny, they had it right in front of them a minute ago. And yet they expect me to waste even more time on them? I honestly can’t remember getting such bad service from anywhere in my life only to have them demand that I be the one to enable them to give me a refund. Does that make sense? To anyone?

I come here once a week to print menus and they still have issues finding my prints every time! Get it together. You can use an iPhone but can’t search an email! My goodness –_​_​–

After having a horrible experience at the Kinkos in Santa Cruz I just want to thank the afternoon crew for being so amazing. I asked a bunch of questions and got all the answers. I now know what to ask for when I need to make similar massive quantities of programs. The staff offered sound advice on paper weight recommendations and did not try to have me spend crazy amounts of money. I was expecting my copies to be ready tomorrow, instead within hours they were completed. It was a nice surprise and I could not be happier. I will be using this location from now on… Totally worth the trip over the hill if I get less headache and efficient results.

Even though my online order wasn’t ready by the printers at the usual time (typically FedEx will have online print orders ready fifteen minutes before stated delivery), the manager on site personally took charge of it and made sure it was ready by 9pm.
I really appreciate that he took the time to prepare it and carefully made sure that everything was printed to my specifications.

I had a number of print jobs that had to be done exactly right, including one very important one for an event that had to be printed precisely on cardstock I supplied. I am more than satisfied with the results, everything looks outstanding. I want to specifically mention one member of the staff there, Dean, who not only perfectly accurately captured the intricacies of my order, but also suggested ways to save money by slightly altering the source files (and was able to expediently make the alterations on his workstation). Everyone I interacted with at the location was courteous and pleasant. Their professionalism eased my mind greatly, and I can’t be happier with the outcome. I’ll definitely be returning for future print jobs!

I have only used this place for shipping and they are top notch. My company has a pack and ship account and they are amazing at packing and they always get the address, billing, and shipping method right.

Went to get a passport photo taken but when I went to the passport agency, they rejected the fedex ones because it was too close to the face and too contrasted/​overexposed. The price at FedEx is similar to the one at the passport too ~$ 15 + tax.
Went to get a refund and they were very nice about it! Got my money back but wasted a bit of my time at the passport agency though.

Please I can not express it enough do not use fedex to deliver your packages. I had order to expensive packages and only one had arrived to my home.
The delivery man only dropped on off and mark them both as though they were both delivered when one really wasn’t.
Not only was I not helped I have been waiting for about a week about the problem and still no response from the driver.
They are clearly not looking for my package and are trying to convince me that someone has stolen my package.
I have a few witnesses who say they never brought a second package. They just get paid to lose packages.
If you are forced to use them force them to have to get a signature. Please use them with caution.

Why isn’t this place staffed by robots yet?
Seriously…The customer service aspect of this business does not exist. I’ve come here to print a few things in the past simply because I don’t own my own printer – but hey, if owning a printer would make me as morose as the people employed at this place, I’ll should consider myself lucky and count my blessings instead.
The self-​service areas are all you need to use here, because if you ask people at the counter or call to inquire about anything, you get a lot of «I don’t knows» and vacant stares.
For example, last week I called to ask about a service that was listed as being available via their website. I wanted to know more about their process for printing art/​DVD labels and they said that they’d never heard of that before. It wouldn’t have been an issue if they could have asked me to come to the store and elaborate… but instead they didn’t even offer me other services and were very rude when I asked if they had a referral to another Kinkos/​Fedex location!!!
…But did that stop me from coming in today? Nope. (Shame on me I guess…) I came to print some documents and I wasn’t even acknowledged in the store. Sure, I was in the self-​service area… but I kept turning around to make small talk with an employee stocking things right next to me and he would NOT communicate verbally at all. (He just shrugged a bunch and nodded once or twice.)
I’m finished now, but I will say that I change my mind about how the place should be run by robots. It should be staffed by kittens instead. That way the employees would automatically be Internet-​savvy and lovable. Sorry, dear establishment… But you kinda suck.

Great customer service by Linda! She helped me ship a document to an international address and I was confused about the address so she looked up the whole thing and told me to which one goes where. They have a self-​service station for you to put together your package (s) so all you have to do is pay OR if you are lazy, then just go to then just go to the full service desk because they will do everything for you. I like this location because it’s a 5 minute drive from where I work: D

A few weeks ago, we needed a photo printed of my step-​father for use at his memorial service. The one my mother wanted to use also included her in it, and we thought it would be more appropriate to remove her from the shot before using it. We used some low-​level tools to crop her out and sent the jpg to FedEx to have the photo printed and blown up. They contacted us 1^st thing to say that the quality wasn’t going to work for the size that we wanted the picture to be and after we explained the situation they immediately requested that we simply send them the original.
Long story long, they photoshopped the the original beautifully, blew the picture up to the perfect size AND mounted it on a free-​standing board. They honored my step-father’s memory with class and sensitivity.
Without question, service like this will get my repeat business.

5 stars for customer service, friendliness and a great experience. The staff was so very accommodating, especially when you are there near the end of the day, people were still smiling. Shaun B, the assistant manager, goes above and beyond the customer service realm. He supplied us with all the necessary needs to complete our task, but also went out of his way to make us laugh and feel more like family, than customers. His pm shift staff that were with him this past Thursday were friendly and helpful. I am so happy that we had such a positive experience here. I will always do my business here.

Stopped in here after hitting my bank to fax in some work-​related documents. Fax machine was right inside, and one was temporarily out of order– lately it seems every location I hit only has one working, starting to wonder if it’s strategic.
Assembled my documents, filled out the cover page, and got in line behind a guy. He dialed several times and kept getting busy tones, and politely let me go in front of him before retrying.
My number was valid but pages took quite a while to go through. Confirmation page printed out with out a problem. Wish it weren’t so pricey to send a fax– it’s a hella markup, and shouldn’t cost $ 8 to send in four pages, but I guess it’s that or use their scanners (which probably run the same price, TBH).
Subtracting a star because I was here for a good ten to fifteen minutes but wasn’t even once approached or greeted by an employee.
