I have been going to Kirsten for almost a year and can’t believe its taken me this long to write a review. I had been waxing and threading before starting electrolysis and this has completely changed my life! Kirsten has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, listens to what you want, and goes out of her way to accomodate you. Her practice is clean and welcoming. I am east indian and had dark spots on my face which were also a concern. She listened to all my concerns and went through all of them and what I can expect. The results have been more than what I had hoped for. If you are looking to get electrolysis, highly recommend Kirsten!

I had laser done on my chin… and needless to say, IT is NOT the thing to do. I developed some heavy duty thick hairs and it was horrifying! Had to shave every day. The laser treatments stimulated the hairgrowth. DON’T laser your face! EVER! I was desperate for help and Kirsten came to my rescue. The pain was worth it! :-)
Kirsten is just the best at what she does, she is thorough, knowledgeable, quick in her responses and does an stellar job in my opinion! I would HIGHLY recommend her for what she does, her effectiveness and on top of all this… she is also funny, friendly, a good listener, and she cares about doing the best job she can. She has helped me tremendously and I love walking out from the office soft and smooth! She saves me when I need it! If there were 10 stars she would get that!!! I could not have picked a more perfect person!
So, go for it, you won’t be disappointed! That is a promise! :-D

I was nervous about starting electrolysis because I am sensitive about hygiene and had some bad experiences in the past. Kirsten is great! She uses a new needle each time, wipes clean and disinfects everything between patients and always wears gloves and a mask. She explains how electrolysis works before starting and gives tips on how to care for your skin afterwards. I have been going to her for a few months and it has been going great! I would definitely recommend her.

Kirsten deserves 5 stars hands down for her electrolysis services. She is very understanding and works with whichever heat and strength suits her customer best.
When I tried laser hair removal before being introduced to electrology, the hair removal specialists failed to give me a thorough explanation of how it works and when or even if I am to see permanent hair loss.
Laser hair removal is not a guaranteed permanent hair removal treatment and unfortunatelly it took me almost 20 treatments on each area to realize that most of the hairs simply grow back after a certain amount of time.
Kirsten did a great job at explaining to me every step of the process to permanently removing each hair follicle and I can actually SEE the results.
Not only do I trust her to remove my hair as safely and efficiently as possible, I enjoy my time spent during appointments because she has a great personality!

Laser Shmaser… I had a bad experience with it in the past and was afraid of further hyperpigmentation (I’m Indian). Electrolysis worked for me when I first tried it seven years ago, so I decided to go for it again.
Kirsten to the rescue! Although always apprehensive whenever starting new beauty treatments, Kirsten totally put me at ease. She immediately got me scheduled, and discussed all of the pros/​cons/​side effects with me, and we decided for the Blend technique. We have been working together for about a month and a half and I love the results! Kirsten has always been honest with her time frame to expect true results (four months to a year) and I am happy with her skill and friendly personality. Also, she always manages to squeeze me in whenever I text her at crazy hours every time I find a wayward hair. My skin heals super fast (usually only some redness and teeny bumps for a few hours, then boom! Nothing!) and I haven’t even broken out from it (which happened the first time I tried electrolysis). Very happy to have found Kirsten and excited to finally have smooth skin!

A 5-​star experience from every perspective. Kirstin has an amazing bedside manner and her treatments are comfortable, relaxed, and incredibly effective. From my very first session with Kirstin, I noticed results that have lasted – she’s actually permanently removing my hairs!
Since this was my first time trying electrolysis, Kirstin patiently walked me through the basics of the treatment, how she treats the hair follicles using the blend modality (much less discomfort, no scarring, better chance of killing more hair follicles with each treatment), and what I could expect afterwards. I realized that I was just harming myself by plucking my facial hairs for all those years; instead of eliminating them, I was just making them stronger and getting redder scars with each pluck. She’s been treating my chin and the area under my jawline once a week for the last couple months. If there aren’t many hairs to tackle in those areas that week, she gets to work on my bikini line (which means I can finally say goodbye to razor burn and ingrown hairs down there!).
I’ve tried laser hair removal and it was an expensive joke; my hair actually started growing back more after treatments. I recommend Kirstin to everyone, particularly to my blond, fair skinned friends.

First time I tried electrolysis. Kristen explained the process and what to expect. The office is at a good location and has lots of parking. I have had about 5 appointments and I am having great results!
