Little cupcake shop with interesting flavors! Check their calendar to see which flavored they have daily and which are date specific. I bought 4 cupcakes the other day: peanut butter moonpie, rose velvet, kaluha coffee cupcake, and banananutella. They were all good but I enjoyed the peanut butter moon pie the most! I will definitely return to get more cupcakes!

We purchased 7 different cupcakes. 5 were very good however the other 2 had a really dry cake though their frosting on those two were yummy. Place was not clean and seating was not good to enjoy your cupcake. They had football cookies all over and they were blocking seating. I will try again and hopefully have more wonderful cupcakes!

I love their cupcakes. However, I was kinda put off seeing them making cake pops with bare hands.

First time coming to this cupcake store.(I was just craving for cupcakes for a week already but didnt have time to get any.) When I got into the store the costumer service didnt greet us. The two lady was busy with organizing the cupcakes. I walk up to look at cupcakes.(It was hard to decide which cupcakes I want. Theres so many to choose fromand of course, I came to this certain store because I thought theres a discount for cupcakes. It was actually mini cupcakes of 3 for 5 $ and wow they’re pretty small 1⁄8 of my palm hand. Its cute but small.) So I asked the lady which is her top 6 that is the most popular. She didn’t replied, my guess was that she busy or she wasnt able to hear me. I already start picking the cupcakes on which is which is best in my opinion.(I choose rose velet, cookies n cream, kulua cream, cookie dough, pb and j, and caramel pumpkin cheesecake.) As I finished my order. There was a lot of customers walking in. I looked around the store and I notice they won cupcake wars.(Hopefully their cupcakes are great like the judges say.) I walked my way to the cashier pay and a lot of their costumers who buy cupcakes are rude. I asked politely«excuse me» and they wouldnt move. I have to rudely squeeze my way in and they looked at me weirdy.(I asked and you didnt want to move…) Finished purchasing my cupcakes with a squeeze rudely manner. I got home and taste on of the cupcakes. I ate the pb&j.(it was dense, light, and airy texture. The frosting is peanut butter top with strawberry jam. Inside of the cupcake is more jam. I never have american rich cupcakes cupcakes before so this is usually for me. But overall, its tasty but just overly sweet.(maybe because of the cupcake I choose.) Im not sure if I will coming back here again because theres wasnt anyone to greet us, theres rude costumers(not the stores fault.) And hardly parking spots. But congrats again for winning cupcake wars.

My boyfriend and I stopped by to purchase cupcakes for his family. The cupcakes are beautiful and they have a good variety of flavors. Unfortunately, I was not impressed by the actual cake. It was rather dry. We didn’t finish them all but they definitely won’t be tasting any better the day after. I had higher expectations since they were a winner of Food Network’s Cupcake Wars.

My husband and my go-to cupcake spot. We’ve been here twice and have gotten 13 cupcakes each time. #noshame They won cupcake wars, and it’s for a reason! Try it! They have a cupcake for everyone!

I kinda expected more for a storefront named ‘Cupcake Factory’. Maybe it’s the«factory» part that spoils it, who knows, I wasn’t all that blown away by their product. Really heavy frosting, waay too much for my tastes. I got the sprinkle-flavored(?) if that’s the right term for it and it wasn’t anything different than I’ve tasted before. Although the 4 y/o girl that picked the same after me might tell you different. I’ll let this place keep its pride and not compare it to any lesser or dare I say it «S.B.» brands… If I’m being too honest, this is it! Sorry! Quick service, friendly staff and a very cleanly shop but I can’t guarantee I’ll be back for what they advertise. What can I say, at least they have Philz on the menu?

Super excited to be able to get vegan cupcakes in downtown Campbell on Wednesdays. So far my favorite is the red velvet, which are absolutely amazing. I’ve been a vegan for nearly 20 years and those are by far the best cupcakes that I have ever had, vegan or otherwise. This includes from a popular vegan bakery in NYC.

Great selection of yummy and creative cupcakes! Really backed up the Cupcake Wars win! Hmm… now which flavors next time? Oh… and the gal there was super nice.

I was looking forward to trying a Frost cupcake since it seems like everyone I know is really into them, but I wasn’t super excited by the flavors we had to choose from this past weekend — kind of run-of-the-mill and nothing outstandingly eye-catching. I ended up getting a Funfetti sprinkled cupcake that was delicious, but grew a little bit too sweet for my liking as I neared the end of it, and that’s a tough call for me to make because I love sweets. The two girls behind the counter were nice enough but as it got busier and the line filled the waiting area, the gal grabbing cupcakes for customers seemed to get a little bit stressed out. I’ll definitely come back, as I noticed that they have their flavors on a rotation and I may just have better luck on another day, but for this trip I’ve gotta go with 3 stars(though I wish I could bump it up to 3.5).

I am usually not a big fan of cupcakes. Let me start off by saying that I absolutely despise American buttercream. I find it horrendously sweet and much too dense for my liking. I’m an avid baker and I like to try different bakeries here and there. After hearing that Frost won cupcake wars, I was intrigued and wanted to see if they lived up to the hype. My answer is YES! I tried the chocolate strawberry, pumpkin, Samoan, and chocolate chip cupcakes. My favorite was definitely the pumpkin. The cake was dense but moist and complimented the cream cheese frosting very well. That says a lot because I HATE frosting. The toffee bits on top was a nice touch both texturally and flavor. The slightly buttery and crunchy toffee went so well with the richness of the cream cheese and the pumpkin spices from the cake. Now the cupcake was a tad too sweet and I did end up scraping some of it off but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was also very friendly and the store itself was clean and spacious. I love that hey have little tables for kids too :) Overall, I think it really depends on the cupcake you get. I tried my brother’s chocolate chip cookie cupcake and that was ridiculously sweet but the cake itself was delicious! As for pricing, if I remember correctly a cupcake is $ 3.50 and half a dozen is $ 19.50! Frost wins my heart and I’d choose it over Kara’s or Sprinkles any day!

Ordered 3 dozen mini cupcakes and 3 dozen sugar cookies for my baby shower this past Saturday. Customer service was great and responsive when inquiring about putting in an order. They really listened to what I wanted and gave me different options and ideas. Prices were reasonable. I inquired with one other bakery who’s prices were outrageous. Glad I went with frost! My guests loved the treats!

This place is sooo dangerous because everything is out of this world delicious. This review is for a pick up order. I came in on a Friday night to order two dozen cupcakes for Sunday at noon. I was nicely greeted by a young girl that walked me through the process. She was very accommodating! I wanted a lemon cake with vanilla frosting. She politely shared that they were not able to alter the cupcake flavors, but offered to add yellow sprinkles to match my events theme. I feel like this place is pricey, but so amazingly worth it. I don’t have them very often, but when I do… wow! Worth the wait!

Continues to share delicious cupcakes with all of us. We live most all of their flavors. Big complaint however: I opted to share their cupcakes with all of the baby shower participants at my friend’s shower. In addition to what I thought was a high price for each individual cupcake topping, they also refused me more than 2 punches on my frequent buyer card(normally a punch per cupcake) after I spent almost $ 60 in cupcakes. Really?!? So disappointing after being such a loyal shopper.

I always feel like a kid in a candy store when I come in. All the cupcakes are fresh and delicious… dense cake, deep flavor, and the frosting has substance but isn’t a gutbomb. My current love affair is the gingerbread man.

4⁄5 solids stars! Frost Cupcake Factory was winner of Cupcake Wars! Note: Do NOTCOME late at night – not many cupcakes left! We came here for after dinner desserts, but came a little too late. The selections were very limited. I guess I have to come back earlier to try the Burnt Almond cupcake! Ordered: 1) Banana Nutella: 4⁄5 love how the frosting wasn’t TOO sweet and the cake was very moist. 2) Caramel pumpkin cheesecake: 3⁄5 this was just OK.

3.5 stars I’ve been here twice, and though I’ll say I do *like* the cupcakes, I’ve not been *blown away.* The flavors are good, and the decorations are very cute, but they still don’t quite measure up to my favorites(e.g. Sift). In fact, many of the flavors ARE similar to Sift(e.g. snickerdoodle and Samoa), so maybe that’s why I mentally compare them all the time. Of the ones I’ve tried(including the snickerdoodle and Samoa, and the vanilla), I’d say«chocolate wasted» is my favorite, It’s a nice rich chocolate that satisfies my chocolate cravings. I’ll visit again if I’m in Campbell, but probably to try out special flavors.

3.5!!! Claim to fame: Winners of Food Networks Cupcake Wars!!! They serve 20 flavors a day & have 40 cupcake flavors all together. The place is very kid friendly. There are kids tables & kid looking décor everywhere in the store. I agree with Unilocaler Richard G. — this place is a 3.5. It is a solid cupcake place but it is no Loves Cupcakes(used to be downtown San Jose). I am giving the 4 to average out Richard’s 3 for a score of 3.5. I am an avid baker & am pretty picky about cupcakes. I know the trials & tribulations of getting a perfect frosting that maintains its consistency in different temperatures. I thought the frosting here had a great texture, appearance & flavor but it was a tad too sweet for me. Compared to buttercream frosting however, it was superior. Compared to the frosting at Loves Cupcakes, inferior. However, Loves closed down(RIP) so I can no longer compare places to their magnificent cupcakes. The cupcakes tasted pretty good & are very large(hence they are pricer — $ 3.50 for 1 or $ 19.50 for a ½ dozen). I used to sell my cupcakes for $ 18 but a dozen(grant it they were smaller). I tried the orange dreamsicle, cookies & cream, coconut, macadamia nut, lemon blueberry & toffee with chocolate. I liked how none of the cupcakes tasted the same & how all had something interesting about it. The lemon blueberry reminded me of a muffin & the orange dreamsicle cupcake had orange sprinkles all over it. It also had a yellow-ish custard inside that made it less boring & predictable. Other flavors I saw but didn’t try included bubble gum(I’ll have to pass on bubble gum flavored anything), funfetti(or sprinkles, or some other variation of the name) & red velvet(never my go-to flavor). The boxes they use here for their cupcakes are the same ones I used for my cupcakes(bought in bulk at BRP box shop online). The interior is fun & colorful & there is a parking garage nearby at the corner where Aquis is. Otherwise you have to park on the street. The worker there was not particularly welcoming or friendly but she looked like a teenager so I excused it .I was once an angsty teen. Some people love classic cupcake flavors like red velvet & chocolate but I’m the type of person who tries the 1 flavor(other than bubble gum) that I have never tried before. Food Network says their specialty cupcake is the strawberries & cream but I didn’t see it when I came the other day. I also wanted to try the tiramisu cupcakes(Tear, I miss you– I love a good pun) but it was not featured that day either. I like the idea of the rotating flavors. I will hopefully try these other unique flavors in the future.

7÷11÷15: Looks like they won Cupcake Wars on the Food Channel, but to be honest, it doesn’t look like the cupcakes they actually have in the store are all that special… 1. Coffee Toffee Crunch $ 3.50: It’s pretty much exactly what you would think it tastes like. A moist cake as the base. Lots of buttery and relatively light frosting. Tons of chocolate-covered toffee bits. Looks nice, but nothing particularly special in taste. For a $ 3.50 cupcake, I would say it’s pretty much what one would expect. 5⁄10 2. Salt ‘N Sweet $ 3.50: I WAS going to get this… but upon closer examination they just looked so sad behind the glass. Flat top, caramel lines starting to melt, icing drooping over the sides… just kinda looked like something a kid would make baking with the parents. Skipped it… At my friend’s wedding I had cupcakes that really blew my world. Like absolutely amazing tasting cupcakes that were so good I think I ate 6, after already stuffing my face with dinner. These cupcakes aren’t those, so don’t expect anything mind-blowing. But they are gourmet, and they do taste good. 3⁄5. #cupcake #dessert

Nailed it! I ordered 40 cupcakes for a meeting at work yesterday and they were a HUGE hit! I live in Campbell so I’ve had cupcakes from Frost a few times. I even went to their big celebration party when they won Cupcake Wars on Foodnetwork. So when my boss said he’d like to order cupcakes for our meeting, I knew exactly who to call. They were delivered right on time and boy they were not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. I ordered a variety so I’m not exactly sure of each flavor however the one I personally was a chocolate peanut butter cake with buttercream topped with carmel corn, pretzels, peanuts and a chocolate drizzle. OMG it was sinful. My co-workers raved about them too. Cupcakes can be hit or miss but Frost knocked them outa the park! Will absolutely be ordering from them again.
