Jack in the Box

#1 we waited 20 mins in the drive thru to order
#2 their understaffed
#3 we ordered 3 (regular tacos) which ended up being 10 on the screen 2 kids meals with nuggets and sprites and they couldn’t get that right. Took them about 5 mins to ask if they could help us.
#4 everybody stopped working to talk to my upset husband. And started yelling at my husband. He responded in kind. We will never go there again and I will tell everybody I know not to go there either or at least this jack and the crack!
#5 the manager is rude and she didn’t really help. She was chit chatting with the cook when I walked into the dine in part.
This was at 10:00pm on Friday 17^th of June!
I will be contacting corporate tomorrow morning!!!

I ordered 20 tacos and two chicken sandwiches for myself and a few friends. The tacos had no sauce on them and the lettuce was really dry. The lettuce on the chicken sandwiches were brown and had barely any mayo on the sandwiches. When I asked for ranch for the tacos, they didn’t even have any. Fuck this place

The ladies here are rude and incompetent.
They charged me wrong and freaked out over a 10 cents different.
Then they were rude to us because the people in front of us left and they gave us the wrong food.
Maybe you should pay attention. No wonder You work at a fast food place.
Also still didnt get my lemon with all the attitude i got.

I gave this place 2 stars only cause when i sat down by thet window there was dead flies and jumping flying ones on the window seal! Gross!

Although I’m rating as 3 stars, it’s mostly because it’s just fast food. Time and time again, I keep coming back for either the tacos or sourdough jack. Tho I may never be fine dining, it’s always great in a pinch to satisfy a hunger craving.

I went to this location a couple of times. When I gone in, the cashier took a while for my order. He was busy dealing with the drive thru customers and there wasn’t even a line inside. I had to wait probably 5 mins even though it was my turn. So the customer service here sucked! The location is right next to a mechanic shop so it’s hard to find parking.

Fast Food. The «quick meal.» You’re probably thinking, «Oh, Jack in the box, weird, I don’t know how to feel. I am so confused. This is so strange reading a review of a specific fast food restaurant location. Isn’t that just standard fare?»
Here’s the thing: these guys are open on New Year’s day 2015. I called Maggie and she said, «Come on over Dann, you give so much to this world that you deserve a cheap meal!»
«Wow, thanks Maggie!» I thought but didn’t say. «I will be there soon!» I said but didn’t mean.
Two hours later, my friends and I showed up. Maggie turned out to be a FANTASTIC employee, though hardly a friend. That pita pit that I got was what I expected. The tacos? Yawn, what do you expect? Curly fries? Wow, ears perked. And that half of a spicy chicken sandwich? That’s a 2 biter!
The people in there were unsavory, mostly lower middle class but in general, solid people. And the location? Flawless, need i say more? (If you want to hear more, read my extended reviews on dailykos). At the end of the day, you can do worse than jack in the box on Camden.

First time here at 1:00am… my order taker was awesome! He made my raspberry iced tea just the way I liked it. At first it wasn’t raspberry enough but he soon fixed it for me. Every Jack in the Box I go to seems to have a problem with this. Not Carlo, he was very courteous. So if you’re here at 1am or later, you’ll most likely be graced with his customer service skills and friendly attitude :-)
4 stars because the bathroom was not that great & the dining room was freezing cold.

Went here today, and was greeted by Zack very warmly when I pulled up. He welcomed me and was so friendly! My order was done right the first time. His co-​worker Blake was just as nice too! I hope their boss knows how lucky they are to have these two guys working for them! Customer service is the lifeblood of a business, and these two guys definitely foot the bill! Thank you!
