Jack-In-the-Box

Well here we are 18 days into the sage. I still have not heard back from the district manager. In an email, he asked for my address so he could send me some coupons. Well guess what, I haven’t gotten anything from him. I guess it time to go above his head. I am so angry with this store.

They claim to be open 24 hours every day but in reality about 60% of the time they are only open tell about 12am

Clean, cool and quick with hot food. But then people ruined it.
The cashier was rude slow and looked liked he hated his job. Maybe his ponytail was wrapped to tight. As i sat and ate, i noticed the manager or lead was very straight faced and did not smile much and her team followed.
Fries were hot and the butterjack seemed alittle dry.
The drivethru pushed them out quick and that is probably the idea. 3 stars could be more but not 1 smile to the customers, only to eachother, in the 30 minutes I was there.

I came to order jack in the at 352 am today I had order 4 tacos with no cheese and when I received and took a bite they had cheese… wtf I come back, the team leader give me attitude bout me. coming back to get my order fixed. Stay away I don’t want to eat my food now cause I think they messed wit it

I always have a good experience here. And if they ever messed up my order I would just go back even a little later and they would accommodate me with what I originally ordered, customer service on point. All the food has been on point as well, nothing bad. I mean you can’t expect a 5 star meal at a fast food place. Btw, I love the tacos! Can never go wrong with those.

Open 24 hours. Staff at late night/​early morning is pretty good. Drive thru is pretty busy. Parking lot usually has something going on. Well to do people sleeping in their nice cars. I have no idea. People using it as a dropoff point or to pick up people. Female meth heads trying to get dates for drugs. Ive seen more than a few times, this 50 year old guy bring, what looks like his 75 year old mom, to use the restroom, only. At 330 in the morning. Wtf kinda scenario is this. Guy helps her out of the car and brings her to the ladies room, then waits in lobby for at least 25 minutes while she blows up the restroom.
ANYWAYS, tonight I was looking for semi healthy fast food and the internet recommended J-Box’s grilled teriyaki chicken bowl. Everything looked low except for the sodium. So I eventually ended up here and ordered one. I think they forgot my order because it took ten minutes of no numbers being called, for me to go up and ask about it. They had no clue, then built it really fast. I think they left off alot of sauce because it was really dry. A little spicy too. Not a lot of of flavor. Asked them not to put the broccoli on it, because they microwave it

WATCH OUT ‚!!!I drove through 6am 1÷31÷15. Ordered meat lovers burrito they gave the other one with the awful sauce. But the most disturbing is they gave me a milk that was unsealed. Who knows what dangerous drugs they could put in there.

It is a fast food restaurant. Yes, they do get busy, but the day we showed up they only had two cashier open, and one of them was slower than my pet snail. I only wish they would hire people that can get things done quickly and efficiently, but of course we all know they are just looking for cheap labor, and I can understand that.
The food was OK
The service was below average
The time to wait for food was good
The clean facilities was good

Beside McDonalds, Jack n. the Box is probably the fast food place I most frequent because there are tons of them around and, unlike McDonalds, they are open all night. I don’t eat at fast food restaurants as often anymore because they are fattening. When I used to eat at Jack n the Box all the time, I would get the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich and the curly fries. I also love their cheesecake and Raspberry ice tea. They have a lot of yummy different things on their menu like the Fajita Pita and the Bacon and cheddar wedges too. I also like their commercials. They are probably some of the funniest out there. The people at the drive through are exceedingly nice and always ask me how my experience was. They probably have some of the best customer service people of any fast food chain. All the locations I’ve been to, they are fast, friendly and efficient.

There is a extremely high turnaround for employees here which is kind of weird. The ladies are usually pretty friendly though and it dont have to wait too long.

From there horrible food service I will never come to jack in the box again!
We ordered a good amount of food. Including the munchie meal.
We found a big chunk of dust/​hair ball the size of a golf ball in our food
And the tacos were wet and drenched .my hashbrowns were uncooked and slobbery
Two hrs later we were sick throwing up .
Never again will I return to jack in the box

For the most part very clean. Nothing to complain about other than it being fast-​food.

Long slow line in the drive-​through. Bad audio quality. They didn’t hear us right and when the screen confirmed the order, and it was wrong, and we corrected them, they already turned off the mic and didn’t hear us correcting them. Boo.

I have to say, the drive through attendant that was on this morning when I got off work at 4:30 was super nice! Courteous, friendly, efficient.

The drive-​thru line is super awkward. They gave me no napkins, they are stingy with the hot sauce and the coffee is disgusting… however this is the most convenient fast food drive-​thru place on my way up the hill to the beach so I’ll be back again and again and again.

My order was quick, the guy was efficient, friendly, and he probably said «thank you» to me at least 3 times in about one minute. My tacos were just what I expected and best of all… he gave «extra hot sauce». What more can you expect from a drive-​thru. Works for me.

Late night stop — not for me but for my dog!
The order was 1 plain cheeseburger and the service was quick. There was only one car ahead of us but we were through the drive through in less than 5 mins.

It’s a fast food restaurant, so my expectations aren’t high. All I really want is something to eat when it’s late at night and nothing else is open. I guess actually getting what you order on a consistent basis is too much for this location.
When I order a number whatever, which happens to contain a grilled chicken sandwich of some sort, a box of grilled chicken strips is so not the same thing. There isn’t even a number combo with that choice, so you can’t even say you heard it wrong.
*Sigh*. I have to always remember to check my order before driving away, but I always feel so rushed at the drive-​thru window.
I only come here when desperately hungry. Desperate times call for desperate measures, but I don’t recommend being desperate.

NOTHING could have made me drive into another Jack In The Box. Until… one of my friends swore to me that the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl was really good. «Really good, says I? You know how picky I am about that?»
OK. The gauntlet had been laid down.
IT IS GOOD! Yay! It is good! Now there’s one more thing I can order if I’m in a pinch and absolutely must drive through somewhere!

Here let me educate you on something that YOU should know.
I have been ordering the spicy chicken for eight years and NOT ONCE HAS IT EVER HAD CHEESE ON IT. BUN, CHICKEN, TOMATO, LETTUCE, MAYO, BUN. THAT’S IT. GET. IT. RIGHT.
I’m allergic to milk, thanks for holding the mayo and putting double cheese on it. I can’t even scrape it off and I don’t feel like driving 5 miles back to your stupid ghetto restaurant of which I’d have to flip a U-​turn to get to since it’s in the stupidest spot ever to wait for you to make me a new one and probably spit in it while you’re at it because the bitchy little girl doesn’t «like» cheese on her sandwich. So thanks for making me pay eight fucking dollars for a small drink and small curly fries,
