Incredibly rude employees. I came in to grab a family fill up meal, and no one in my family likes coleslaw… so I asked to change the side to corn and was rudely told by Nick that it’s company policy not to change the selected sides.
Seriously ??? I have ordered this before with no issue on what sides I get. So I now have to pay for an additional side because he refuses to substitute the side. No where does it say the sides can’t be substituted.
You need to retrain this employer or fire him for his severe attitude problem. I will not come to this location again.

This place has gone way downhill since a number of years ago when I lived nearby. They used to have really good customer service and I never had issues with my food. Last couple times I’ve gone my experiences haven’t been so great. Most recent experience was downright awful. Me and my wife went and we ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes for our food. When we got it, the hotwings were bloody, the rest was lukewarm at best. Just generally bad. I called and they replaced our meal the next time we went in, where I ended up waiting 20 minutes for that (wow.), the food was okay and mostly better. Some things were a bit lukewarm but it was an improvement over the last time. Probably not going to go back.

5 stars! Customer service was very great. The filipino dude was very nice and helpful. I’ll come back here for more (:

I don’t know why but this place seems different then other KFC’s I’ve been to. Good service and pretty much same food but somehow it has something different. Is it me?

Came here Wednesday around 7:45pm. Kind of a long line. Cashier was friendly when greeting but stupid when it comes to taking orders. I ordered a pot pie meal but he misunderstood me and put down a popcorn chicken meal. He didn’t confirm my order to me or give me my receipt so I didn’t realize the mistake until AFTER I waited 5 – 7 minutes for the wrong food. Once I let them know that the order was incorrect, they didn’t bother to apologize for the mistake or for making me wait 10 more minutes. They started talking to each other without any discretion where I can still hear them. The manager looked at me like it was my fault that the stupid cashier mixed it up. No apology and no compensation for messing up the order or making me wait. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. And they should’ve gave me the popcorn chicken as well!
UPDATE: My food is finally ready and the cashier puts in the bag, but he forgot my cookie that comes with my meal. I tried to give him a chance to realize it. I asked him «Is everything in the bag?» He says yes so I have to tell him «My cookie?» He gives me my cookie and throws in a side of potato wedges, which I appreciate. I get home and open my bag and there are no utensils or forks Also, I finished my root beer float while I was waiting so I couldn’t enjoy it with my meal. Very disappointed in you KFC. You had so much potential.
The potato wedges were kind of soggy and cold, but they were free so I can’t complain. The pot pie was great in size but I definitely prefer the frozen pot pies over KFC’s. The ingredients were frozen (chicken, vegetables, crust) but they assemble it themselves per order so in a way, it’s fresh? The root beer float was kind of warm which is crazy cause it’s root beer and ice cream. The only good thing from that meal was my cookie. Crunchy on the outside, softer on the inside with yummy, gooey chocolate. I didn’t even have to warm it up! And it’s been sitting out with all the other cookies. Won’t be going back there any time soon. And if I do, it’s for the cookie!

Terrible service very slow. So i ordered to go, i ask for the hot sauce and utensils later when i got to my destination that is when i found out the missing stuff. This is the 2^nd this happened. I will never come here again

$ 10 for 6 chicken strips seems pricey to me. I won’t be going back.
I have to write more. It’s that simple, it’s too expensive.

The service is getting worse and worse with each subsequent visit. Last time they gave my friend chickenless sandwiches. She had asked for some lil’ colonels, but she only wanted lettuce topping them. They gave her bread with lettuce. Also, the chicken strips are hammered flat slivers of dry, tasteless chicken with about an inch and a half of super salty coating on them now. AND they no longer have the brew tap for the root beer at all. now it’s just on the fountain. It’s not the same. It doesn’t taste like A&W anymore, it tastes like Barq’s now.

We planned a surprise birthday party with the manager. I was focused on the details of invitations and keeping the secret. When we walked in, my wife was surprised by 30 friends, and I was surprised by the work of the staff and management. It was a delight to all our guests. Been coming here off and on for the last few years. Today is the last time I will ever set foot in here again. The employees are completely incompetent. Took my order. Got it wrong. Tried to fix it, and ended up giving my order to a different customer, then they tell me I’d have to wait another 10 min for chicken strips. I’d already been there 20min! Not to mention the other items I ordered were sitting in a bag in the counter getting cold as I waited for chicken strips. Even the guy behind me got his food first, and his order was wrong! He put his incorrect order on the counter. We both decided to get our money back and go elsewhere. Horrible customer service, no organization, and total incompetence. If I could get away with not having to give a star, I absolutely would!

These people are idiots. I went here with my dad, and he ordered his usual and asked for the senior discount. (He’s almost 90!)
They said they couldn’t given it to him because they had new computers that wouldn’t give him a discount. So I asked if they could give it to him anyway. «No, I’m sorry. We can give you a free drink, though.»
Well, he didn’t want a drink, and somehow the 15% discount he has always received doesn’t add up to the 2 cents it would cost them to give a free drink.
I asked for a free cole slaw, but no, the manager said we could only have a drink.
The total of the bill was over $ 15, so they owed us at least $ 2.25, but they could not add a cole slaw.
We left, hating them. Will never go back!

I come here for the $ 5 fill ups! I get the 3 piece tenders with chocolate chip cookie, biscuit, a large drink, mash potatoes and gravy. All for only $ 5!.. which is a pretty good deal. Customer service is okay because I believe they should train better in a fast pace job. One time, they forgot to add my cookie. Parking lot is not so bad during lunch hours.

Service was fast and helpful.
I don’t typically go to fast food restaurants but I was hungry after going to the gym around 9 pm. I went to Lunardi’s down the street to grab a cooked chicken to find that they were closed.
I decided to go to KFC to buy some chicken. I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service at the establishment. I was the only person in line and the cashier was very helpful with my order. The menu is very complicated and I only wanted 3 pieces of chicken and she was very helpful.
I really appreciated the fast turnaround in service even though I was the only one they had to serve. They could have taken their time but they seemed to attempt to turnaround my order as fast as possible. I had a pleasant experience as I was very hungry and already upset that Lunardi’s (the grocery store) was closed.

Chicken is always good, but why did you get rid if the root beer tap? Always made it taste better.

This place serves old nasty food. Went there once and got old food, shame on them… Went back hoping for a change but no change, shame on me

9÷7÷14: So, as far as I am concerned, KFC Extra Crispy has the best fried chicken I’ve had anywhere, bar none. I’ve tried fancy fried chicken at many $$$ places, and I’ve tried many hole-​in-​the-​walls too, and NONE beat KFC’s Extra Crispy. Some get very close, and some others I love just for having a unique taste, but when I want the best I get KFC Extra Crispy…
Which leads me to…
I JUST picked up a bucket of Extra Crispy (and a few Original Recipe for variety) and while the Originals were fine and tasted as they should, the Extra Crispy’s were F’D UP! The pieces had some of the tell-​tale signs of Extra Crispy being the flaky buttery textured outside, but 80% of the pieces were missing the flakes. Just plain old smooth fried flour.
My coworker used to be a manager of a KFC and she said that the E.C.‘s are battered and fried twice. It appears to me that during the 2^nd frying most of the batter did not stick, leaving just a coating of flour.
Sigh. Out of the dozens of times I’ve purchased Extra Crispy, this is the first time I’ve ever experienced this.
WILL NOT COME BACK TO –THIS– KFC. I am sure the others would not screw up this way as I’ve never seen this happen before.

$ 2 any size root beer? DOWNS!
Got me a large in a mug, I’m used to my ice cream floating in the root beer, but it was just stuck on the top of the mug and about an inch gap from the soda in the mug. I don’t think that’s how a root beer float works, but it’s my first time trying it, so maybe I’m wrong?
The seating area is clean, when we got there, 2 employees were wiping one door down, together. 1 employee was manning the register and taking order. So it took a little bit to be greeted and/​or helped as well.
I didn’t know they serve coney dogs or burgers, will definitely come back here to enjoy slow fast food and maybe even a sundae… or 2: D

Came in here one night during my KFC cravings. Usually get them once a month but I hardly act on it. This place is really nice! I think it’s really cool that they give out glasses instead of paper cups. It reduces waste and you can opt to buy them!!! I was really close at getting one but decided I probably shouldn’t.

Your typical KFC, but packed on Sunday afternoon before the big game. But I have got to hand it to them, they had it down stat, and I got my bucket of chicken within minutes of ordering it.
This is also a joint business with A&W, which I’m curious to try after I saw their menu. Fried cheese curds? Chili cheese fries? A&W root beer in glass mugs? Will have to try next time!
