Subway’s not all that fancy to begin with, let’s be honest. And it’s not okay that you don’t have 9-Grain Wheat, the only bread I like. It’s not okay that you put two slices of tomato & two slices of cucumber on a 6 inch sub leaving a sizable gap, a bite in fact, without those flavors. Toni… Toni, Toni, Toni, it’s not okay.

This Subway restaurant has the least customer-friendly staff I have ever seen. The sandwich preparer didn’t greet me or the customer ahead of me. He kept dashing between the sandwich board and the check-out register because the woman on the register couldn’t figure out how to ring up a coupon sale for the previous customer.(That particular coupon was widely available and in circulation for at least a month, so any Subway checker should have been totally familiar ringing up a sale with the coupon.) As to the pastrami sandwich I ordered, let’s just say that a whole lot of the«meat» was fat. How appetizing do you think the sandwich was? It doesn’t surprise me that there were only 2 customers(including myself) in the shop. Exceptionally poor customer service and unappetizing meat quality won’t make me a return customer.

I’m very disappointed to have to write a review to such a prestige food company, why? I couldn’t even try the food. The reason being they were closed! The hours clearly said they close at 930 but it was only 915. To top that off the woman that was working in the front saw me at the door(along with her daughter I’m assuming) and turned me away while she laughed on the phone when I asked if they were open.
